Chapter 1 - INTRODUCTION describes the equipment and features of the Clearwire wireless network.
Chapter 2 - INSTALLATION PLANNING describes site requirements, site survey procedures, and required tools and
equipment for survey and installation.
Chapter 3 - INSTALLATION PROCEDURES provides procedures for installing network equipment, including the antenna
and outdoor unit (ODU), the indoor unit (IDU), power supply and wiring connections. It also provides instructions for
system startup and configuration, and troubleshooting the installation.
Chapter 4 - PARTS LIST identifies part numbers for the Clearwire wireless equipment.
Chapter 5 - TROUBLESHOOTING describes troubleshooting network operation, including interpretation of IDU front panel
LEDs, and correcting problems detected by the network manager.
INTRODUCTION
This manual explains how to install, troubleshoot Clearwire wireless equipment.
This manual is intended for the person responsible for installing and maintaining the Clearwire wireless equipment. The
procedures included herein should only be performed by qualified, trained personnel.
