Q. If the Protected and/or Grounded light is not lighting up, does that mean it is not working?
A. First make sure the ChargeHub Powerstation 360 is plugged in and turned on;
• If the Protected indicator is not illuminated contact Limitless Innovations for technical
support.
• If the grounded indicator is not illuminated. Try switch outlets first, if the same problem
occurs, contact Limitless Innovations for technical support.
Q. Does the unit have an on/off switch?
A. Yes, there is a Power on/off Switch.
Q. What is a Joule rating?
A. A unit of measurement used in surge protective devices to measure current absorption.
Q. How many devices can I charge at once with the ChargeHub Powerstation 360?
A. The ChargeHub Powerstation 360 can charge up to 10 devices at once using the 4 USB Ports and
6 AC Outlets.
Q. What is SmartSpeed™ Technology?
A. Our patented & award winning SmartSpeed™ Technology ensures a fast and optimal charge by
detecting how much power each connected device requires.
Q. Can I leave my ChargeHub Powerstation 360 on all the time?
A. Yes, there is no harm done if the ChargeHub Powerstation 360 is left on at all time.
Q. Does the ChargeHub Powerstation 360 support Qualcomm Quick Charge?
A. The ChargeHub does not support Qualcomm Quick Charge, as that’s specific to certain devices,
such as the ones found here:

It’s an up-and-coming technology, but a large majority of devices on the market still do not have
this. However, the ChargeHub Powerstation 360 will still charge these devices, as well as every
other USB-chargeable device on the market.
Q. Will the ChargeHub Powerstation 360 “overcharge” my cell phone or device?
A. The ChargeHub Powerstation 360 is designed to optimally charge your devices. This means it will
charge them quickly, as well as safely.
Q. Can I use the ChargeHub Powerstation 360 outdoors?
A. The ChargeHub Powerstation 360 is designed for indoor use only in dry locations.
Q. Can I plug an extension cord into the ChargeHub PowerStation 360?
A. It is not recommended to plug additional extension cords into the ChargeHub Powerstation 360
or daisy chain multiple ChargeHub Powerstation 360 units together.
Q. Can I plug a refrigerator into the ChargeHub Powerstation 360?
