A. Yes, you can use virtually any standard USB Cable with the ChargeHub, including the one
that comes with your device.
Q. Does the unit have an on/off switch so that power is not drained with when not in use?
A. No, there is not a main power switch on the ChargeHub X7 Signature.
Q. How many devices can I charge at once ChargeHub?
A. You can charge up to 7 devices at once.
Q. What is SmartSpeed™ Technology?
A. Our patented & award winning SmartSpeed™ Technology ensures a fast and optimal
charge by detecting how much power each connected device requires.
Q. Can I leave my ChargeHub on all the time?
A. Yes, there is no harm done if the ChargeHub is left plugged in at all times.
Q. Will the ChargeHub “overcharge” my cell phone or device?
A. ChargeHub is designed to optimally charge your devices. This means it will charge them
quickly, as well as safely.
Q. Does the ChargeHub support Qualcomm Quick Charge Technology?
A. The ChargeHub does not support the Qualcomm Quick Charge Technology, however,
the ChargeHub will still charge these devices, as well as every other USB-chargeable
device on the market – most with optimum speed.
Q. Can I use the ChargeHub outdoors?
A. The ChargeHub is designed for indoor use only in dry locations.
Q. What is the amp charge?
A. The ChargeHub has a max output of 2.4 Amps per port.
Q. Is the ChargeHub dual voltage?
A. The ChargeHub X3, X5, and X7 Signature is dual voltage and can be used while traveling
international with our travel adapters. The standard ChargeHub X7 is not Dual Voltage.
Q. Do I have to charge the ChargeHub before I use it? How long does the ChargeHub have
to be plugged in before I can charge my phone?
A. No, the ChargeHub is a charging station, not a power bank, and therefore does not need
to be charged prior to using it but must remain plugged in while charging.
Q. How long does the ChargeHub take to charge my phone?
