Thanks for purchasing our product. Please read this manual carefully

before starting to use this device. When you use this device, you are supposed

to learn well of this product.

1. Connection

First confirm the install USB driver in your computer, then put PVS-3000

USB receiver to USB port on your computer. The status LED will twinkle every

half one second.

If your Computer isn’t installed the USB driver, it will prompt you a

new device found after putting PVS-3000 USB receiver in Computer, please

install USB driver and assure the correct installation.After installing USB

driver, please click “My computer” by the right key of mouse, and enter

“System property->hardware->device manager” to check if there is a new COM

port in “PORT (COM & LPT)”, and remember the COM Port.

From now on, the COM port will appear in “Device manager” after putting

in USB receiver, otherwise the installation is incorrect.

2. COM Port Set

Generally, when you use the system at the fist time or voting test is

incorrect, you should set the COM Port, other time you needn’t.After logging

in the application software, please check if the COM port number iscorrect

in “System set” or “Device set”. (If it can read USB receiver configures,

which means connection is successful, otherwise please check the COM

port.Maybe system software can support automatically COM port set, namely

find the USB receiver COM port automatically.

Note: Only when COM port is correct software can communicate with USB

receiver.

Radio Channel Set When system channel is interfered or the communication is not good, you need re-set the channel, other time you needn’t.After logging in application software, choose the new channel in the “Channel” of“Base set”, then click “set”, when channel set is successful, software will prompt toreceive Base station configure.When using multiple USB receivers, the frequency channel of each USB receiver must be not same, so it is better not to set the neighboring channel. 4.

to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures: - Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna. - Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver. -Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected. -Consult the dealer or an experienced radiotechnician for help.
