Corrosive acid
The battery contains dilute sulphuric acid, which is corrosive. If the acid gets in contact with your
clothing or skin, make sure that you wash with clean water. Additionally, if the acid gets into your
eyes, flush immediately with plenty of clean water and summon doctor. Acid can cause loss of
eyesight and burn injury.
