This lamp is approved for indoor use only.

Avoid laying objects directly over the power supply
cord to avoid cutting or damaging the wire.
Do not install non-factory wiring or any other
electrical components. Altering or modifying
the lamp in any way will render the product
unsafe.
Keep curtains, shades, wall hangings and all
other fabrics and objects away from the lamp,
lamp switch and light bulb. Lamps are not
designed to support additional weight.
Place the lamp on a stable, level surface in an
area where the lamp will not be tipped over or
bumped.

1. To clean: use a soft, dry cloth only.
2. Do not use chemical or abrasive cleaning solutions.
BULB REPLACEMENT (not included)
1. Turn off and unplug the lamp and allow bulb to
cool before replacing bulb.
2. Light bulb should never touch the lamp shade.
DO NOT EXCEED RECOMMENDED BULB WATTAGE.
1. To reduce the risk of electric shock, this lamp has a
polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other ).
The plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way.
If the plug does not fit fully into the outlet, reverse
the plug. If plug still does not fit, contact a qualified
electrician. Never use an extension cord unless the
plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.

1. Preparing the unit for installation.
Carefully unpack and lay all parts on a clean, level surface.
2. Thread the four upper stems (B) to the four stems on
the socket assembly (A).
3. Installing the top shelf (C), allowing the four upper
stems (B) to pass through the holes on the top shelf (C).
Secure with four middle stems (D).

Installing the lower shelf (E), allowing the four middle
stems (D) to pass through the hole on the
lower shelf (E).
Secure with four lower stems (F).
5. Install light bulb (not included) into socket assembly (A).
6.
Pinch and insert harp (G) into the harp fittings on socket
assembly (A). Slide the caps on harp (G) over the fittings
on socket assembly (A) to secure.
7.
Remove the finial (I) from the harp (G). Place the
shade (H) on harp (G) and secure with finial (I).
8. If the floor is not flat, turn the adjustable foot pads (J) to
stabilize the lamp.
9. Insert plug into an electrical outlet.
10. Use the rotary switch on socket assembly (A) to adjust
light from low, medium, high, and off intensity.
