ASSEMBLY 6 MODEL NO. 168-0051-0 Step 1 Requires D, E, 1, 2 Insert four WOOD DOWELS (1) into one edge of the UPRIGHTS (E). Insert two LONG WOOD DOWELS (2) into the holes in the SHELF (D). Push the UPRIGHTS (E) onto the LONG WOOD DOWELS in the SHELF (D).
Step 2 Requires A, B, 98 Open the FURNITURE TIPPING RESTRAINT KIT (98) and fasten the SAFETY STRAP to the TOP (A). Use the provided SHORT SCREW. Push the TOP (A) and BOTTOM (B) onto the WOOD DOWELS in the UPRIGHTS (E). Use the SHORT SCREW through the hole in the strap and into the surface of the TOP (A). 98 A SAFETY STRAP Meet Parts (A and B). These components have been engineered to be lighter, stronger, faster… well ok. Not technically faster. But definitely makes for a sturdier Organizer.
ASSEMBLY 8 MODEL NO. 168-0051-0 Step 3 Requires C, 4, 5 Fasten the END (C) to the TOP (A), BOTTOM (B), and SHELF (D). Use six SILVER 3-5/16” HEX HEAD SCREWS (5). Tighten with the L-WRENCH (4). NOTE: You may want to start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them.
Step 4 Requires C, 4, 5 Fasten the other END (C) to the TOP (A), BOTTOM (B), and SHELF (D). Use six SILVER 3-5/16” FLAT HEAD SCREWS (5). Tighten with the L-WRENCH (4). NOTE: You may want to start each SCREW a few turns before completely tightening any of them.
ASSEMBLY 10 MODEL NO. 168-0051-0 Step 5 Requires 3, 98 Carefully stand your unit upright. Place your unit in its final location against a wall. Locate the centre of a stud in your wall near your unit and mark it with a pencil. Next, drill a 1/8” hole on the mark and into the stud in your wall. Fasten the unit to the wall. Use the LONG SCREW through the other end of the strap and into the 1/8” hole. Peel the APPLIQUES from the APPLIQUE CARD (3) and stick them onto each SCREW head in the ENDS (C).
• Check all screws and nuts periodically for tightness, fastening them again as required. • This product is intended for domestic indoor use only • The product should be placed on a flat horizontal surface. • Arrange necessary manpower when assembling or moving the product. • Do not push furniture, especially on a carpeted floor. ASSEMBLAGE 18 N° DE MODÈLE 168-0051-0 Étape 1 Nécessite les pièces D, E, 1 et 2 Insérez 4 GOUJONS EN BOIS (1) dans un côté des MONTANTS (E). Insérez 2 GOUJONS EN BOIS LONGS (2) dans les trous de la TABLETTE (D). Poussez les MONTANTS (E) sur les GOUJONS EN BOIS LONGS de la TABLETTE (D).
Étape 2 Nécessite les pièces A, B et 98 Ouvrez la TROUSSE ANTI-BASCULEMENT POUR MEUBLES (98) et fixez la SANGLE DE SÉCURITÉ au PANNEAU SUPÉRIEUR de l’étagère (A). Utilisez la VIS DE COURTE fournie. Poussez le PANNEAU SUPÉRIEUR (A) et le PANNEAU INFÉRIEUR (B) sur les GOUJONS EN BOIS insérés dans les MONTANTS (E). Insérez la VIS DE COURTE dans le trou de la sangle et le dessus du PANNEAU SUPÉRIEUR (A).
ASSEMBLAGE 20 N° DE MODÈLE 168-0051-0 Étape 3 Nécessite les pièces C, 4 et 5 Fixez le PANNEAU LATÉRAL (C) au PANNEAU SUPÉRIEUR (A), au PANNEAU INFÉRIEUR (B) et à la TABLETTE (D). Utilisez 6 VIS À TÊTE HEXAGONALE PLATE ARGENT 3 5/16 PO (5). Serrez-les avec la CLÉ COUDÉE (4). REMARQUE : Nous vous recommandons de serrer légèrement chaque VIS avant d’en serrer une au complet.
Étape 4 Nécessite les pièces C, 4 et 5 Fixez l’autre PANNEAU LATÉRAL (C) au PANNEAU SUPÉRIEUR (A), au PANNEAU INFÉRIEUR (B) et à la TABLETTE (D). Utilisez 6 VIS À TÊTE HEXAGONALE PLATE ARGENT 3 5/16 PO (5). Serrez-les avec la CLÉ COUDÉE (4). REMARQUE : Nous vous recommandons de serrer légèrement chaque VIS avant d’en serrer une au complet.
ASSEMBLAGE 22 N° DE MODÈLE 168-0051-0 Étape 5 Nécessite les pièces 3 et 98 Soulevez soigneusement votre meuble à la verticale. Placez votre meuble à son emplacement final contre un mur. Repérez le centre d’un montant mural près de votre meuble et marquez son emplacement avec un crayon. Ensuite, percez un trou de 1/8 po sur la marque du montant mural. Fixez le meuble au mur. Insérez la VIS DE LONGUE dans l’autre extrémité de la sangle et le trou de 1/8 po.
• Nettoyez avec votre cire pour meubles préférée ou un chiffon humide. Essuyez à sec.
