Before beginning assembly of this product, make sure all parts are present. Compare
parts with package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or
damaged, do not attempt to assemble, install or operate the product.
Tools required for assembly (not included):
pliers, gloves.
Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of
you. Remove all packing materials and place them back into the box. Do not dispose of
the packing materials until assembly is complete. Read each step carefully before
beginning any assembly and make sure you understand each step. If you are missing a part,
please call our toll-free number for assistance: 1 888 670-6684.
The following rules must be adhered to when assembling the product. If you have any
doubts about how to install the product or if it fails to work properly, contact a local,
licensed electrician. Failure to comply with these requirements could lead to an electric
shock or fire, which could cause serious injury or fatality.

Ensure that the insulation on any of the wires has not been damaged during installation.

Ensure that no rough or sharp edges are in contact with any of the wires.

Only use light bulbs with wattage no greater than those specified for the fixture are
used.

Some metal parts in the fixture may have sharp edges. To prevent cuts and scrapes
wear gloves when handling the parts.

Account for small parts and destroy packing materials after assembly is complete,
as these may be hazardous to children.

Use a flashlight or alternate light source to light work area during installation.

Assistance may be required to support fixture during installation.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT: Please read this manual carefully before beginning assembly of this
product. Keep this manual for future reference.
MISSION TABEL LAMP
CAUTION
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
1. Glass shade assembly:
Take 4 glass panels (J) and insert
them into the shade frame (H). Then
fold the metal flap at the shade frame
(H) over to hold the glass panels with
pliers (not included).
Let the nipple of socket cluster (C)
pass through the tube (B). Then,
screw the nipple of socket cluster (C)
into the bushing at the top of the
lamp base (A).

Place the shade frame (H) over the
nipple (D). Secure with finial (I).

3. Screw the nipple (D) into the bushing
of the socket cluster (C). Place the
tube (E), cap (F) and rubber washer (G)
in turn over the nipple (D).
Install the bulbs. Please use two 60 W
(max.) medium-base incandescent
bulbs or equivalent CFLs (not included).
