The Email and Folder Watching Service enables organizations to automate
their most important electronic document-capture workows and centralize
the way those workows are managed. With the Email and Folder Watching
Service eCopy ShareScan can support workows from virtually any source,
including A4 MFPs, scanners, cloud storage, PCs, mobile devices, and other
applications. Now any system or device that can send electronic documents
to a folder or email address can act as a capture source – making eCopy
ShareScan workows more powerful and comprehensive than ever.
The Email and Folder Watching Service captures electronic les and
documents by monitoring network folders or email address. This enables
organizations to expand eCopy ShareScan workows to include electronic
documents, les, and images from virtually any source – including mobile
devices, email addresses, and MFPs or scanners not on the supported
device list. Additionally this service can load XML les used to describe how
to process the documents.
