A Word on Induction Cooking Induction cooking is a safe, advanced, efficient, and economical cooking technology. It works by electromagnetic vibrations generating heat directly in the pan, rather than indirectly through heating the glass surface. Choosing the right Cookware • Only use cookware with a base suitable for induction cooking. Look for the induction symbol on the packaging or on the bottom of the pan. • You can check whether your cookware is suitable by carrying out a magnet test. Move a magnet towards the base of the pan. If it is attracted, the pan is suitable for induction. • If you do not have a magnet: 1. Put some water in the pan you want to check. 2. If does not flash in the display and the water is heating, the pan is suitable.
Pan dimensions The cooking zones are up to a limit, automatically adapted to the diameter of the pan. However the bottom of this pan must have a minimum of diameter according to the corresponding cooking zone. To obtain the best efficiency of your hob, please place the pan in the centre of the cooking zone. Using the Power Management Using power management you can set the total power to 2.5kW/ 3.0kW/ 4.5kW/ 6.5kW and 7.4kW. The default total power setting is the maximum power level. Once the WIFI module connects the router successfully, the WiFi indicator light will be on all the time. Otherwise the WiFi indicator light will keep flashing.

Using the Boost Boost is the function that one zone rising to a larger power in one second and lasting for 5 minutes. Thus you can get a more powerful and faster cooking. Using the Boost to get larger power 1. Touch the control panel button that you wish to boost, then hold the “b” for 3 second. The power display will show “P” to indicate that the zone is boosting. 2. The Boost power will last for 5 minutes and then the zone will go back to the “9” power stage 3.
Using the Keep warm Keep warm is the function that one zone keep work at a lower power to make the temperature stable. Using the Keep warm to get stable temperature 1. Touch the left point of the slider that you wish to keep warm, then hold the button for 3 second, the cooking zone indicator will display “A”. 2. If you want to cancel the keep warm, touch the button for 3 second. The heating zone will go back to “0” power stage.
Flex Zone • This area can be used as a single zone or as two different zones, accordingly to the cooking needs anytime. • Flexible area is made of two independent inductors that can be controlled separately. • Important: Make sure to place the cookwares centered on the single cooking zone. In case of big pot, oval, rectangular and elongated pans make sure to place the pans centered on the cooking zone covering both cross. Examples for good and bad pot placements: As big zone 1.
Locking the Controls • You can lock the controls to prevent unintended use (for example children accidentally turning the cooking zones on). • When the controls are locked, all the controls except the ON/OFF control are disabled. To lock the controls Touch the keylock control and hold 3 second. The timer indicator will show “ Lo “. To unlock the controls 1. Make sure the Induction hob is turned on. 2. Touch and hold the keylock control for a while 3. You can now start using your Induction hob.

Cenni sulla cottura a induzione La cottura a induzione èuna tecnologia di cottura sicura, avanzata, efficiente ed economica. La cottura avviene tramite vibrazioni elettromagnetiche che generano calore nella pentola in maniera diretta e non indiretta, tramite il riscaldamento della superficie in vetro. Il vetro diventa caldo solo perchéla pentola si riscalda.
Scelta degli utensili da cucina • Adoperare solo utensili da cucina idonei per la cottura a induzione. Controllare il simbolo della cottura a induzione sull'imballo o sul fondo della pentola. • Èpossibile accertarsi che l'utensile di cucina sia idoneo effettuando una prova magnetica. Avvicinare un magnete alla base della pentola. Se il magnete viene attirato, la pentola èidonea per la cottura a induzione. • Se non èdisponibile un magnete: 1. collocare un po' d'acqua nella pentola da controllare. 2.
Dimensioni della pentola Le zone di cottura sono limitate in modo che si adattino automaticamente al diametro della pentola. Uma palavra sobre cozedura por indução A cozedura por indução é uma tecnologia de cozinha segura, avançada, eficiente e económica. Funciona por vibrações eletromagnéticas gerando calor diretamente na panela, em vez de indiretamente através do aquecimento da superfície do vidro. O vidro fica quente apenas porque a panela eventualmente aquece-o.
Escolher os utensílios de cozinha adequados • Utilize apenas utensílios de cozinha com uma base adequada para cozinhar por indução. Procure o símbolo de indução na embalagem ou na parte inferior da panela. • Pode verificar se os seus utensílios de cozinha são adequados realizando um teste magnético. Mova um íman em direção à base da panela. Se for atraído, a panela é adequada para a indução. • Se não tiver um íman: 1. Coloque um pouco de água na panela que deseja verificar. 2.
Dimensões das panelas As zonas de cozedura são, até um limite, adaptadas automaticamente ao diâmetro da panela. No entanto, o fundo da panela deve ter um diâmetro mínimo de acordo com a zona de cozedura correspondente. Para obter a melhor eficiência da placa, coloque a panela no centro da zona de cozedura.

Utilizar o boost O boost é a função em que uma zona sobe para uma potência maior num segundo e tem uma duração de 5 minutos. Pode assim obter uma cozedura com mais potência e mais rápida. Utilizar o boost para obter maior potência 1. Toque no botão do painel de controlo onde deseja aplicar o boost e mantenha o "b" premido durante 3 segundos. O visor da potência irá apresentar "P" para indicar que a zona está a aumentar a potência. 2.
Utilizar a função "Manter quente" "Manter quente" é a função em que uma zona mantém o funcionamento uma potência mais baixa para tornar a temperatura estável. Utilizar a função "Manter quente" para obter uma temperatura estável 1. Toque no ponto esquerdo do comando deslizante que deseja manter quente e mantenha o botão premido durante 3 segundos; o indicador de zona de cozedura irá exibir "A". 2. Se pretender cancelar a função "Manter quente", toque no botão durante 3 segundos.
Zona Flex • Esta zona pode ser utilizada como uma única zona ou como duas zonas diferentes, de acordo com as necessidades de cozedura em qualquer altura. • A zona flexível é composta por dois indutores independentes que podem ser controlados separadamente. • Importante: Certifique-se de que coloca as panelas centradas na zona de cozedura única. No caso de panelas grandes, ovais, retangulares e alongadas, certifique-se de que coloca as panelas centradas na zona de cozedura cobrindo ambas as cruzes.
Bloquear os comandos • Pode bloquear os comandos para evitar uma utilização involuntária (por exemplo, crianças que acidentalmente ligam as zonas de cozedura). • Quando os comandos são bloqueados, todos os comandos exceto o LIGAR/DESLIGAR são desativados. Cuidados e limpeza O quê? Como? Importante! Sujidade diária no vidro (impressões digitais, marcas, manchas deixadas por alimentos ou derrame de alimentos sem açúcar no vidro) 1. Desligue a alimentação da placa. 2. Aplique um produto de limpeza de placas enquanto o vidro ainda está morno (mas não quente!) 3. Enxague e seque com um pano limpo ou com uma toalha de papel. 4. Volte a ligar a alimentação da placa.
Dicas e sugestões Problema Causas possíveis Não é possível ligar a placa de indução. Não há energia. Os comandos táteis não respondem. Os comandos táteis são difíceis de operar. O vidro está a ficar arranhado. São ouvidos estalidos ou cliques provenientes de algumas panelas. A placa de indução produz um ruído baixo de zumbido quando utilizada numa definição de calor elevado. Ruído do ventilador proveniente da placa de indução. As panelas não ficam quentes e aparecem no visor.
A placa de indução Falha técnica. ou uma zona de cozedura desligouse inesperadamente, um sinal sonoro e um código de erro é exibido (normalmente alternando com um ou dois dígitos no visor do temporizador de cozedura). Anote as letras e números de erro, desligue a alimentação da placa de indução na parede e contacte um técnico qualificado.
