Lazser Down
Down and Distance Markers
The device is a decaWave dw1000 module used for Lazser Down down and
distance markers. Please see the dw1000 datasheet for additional detail on the
module and for an operational description.
Instructions for implantation of the module:
Ensure the device label on the host device includes the following:
Contains FCC ID: 2ARCX-UWBM1
The label should be indelibly printed on material designed to last the lifetime of
the device and shall be visible on the outside of the device.
Note: ensure the following information is included in the user’s manual for the
host device:
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could
void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept
any Interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
The antenna will be sealed to the device with adhesive to prevent tampering.
