Ventilation Options:
Open Hold Mode – Use this mode for
continuous fresh air ventilation. The damper will
be open and the dehumidifier fan will run to
introduce fresh air into the space at all times.
Closed Hold Mode – Use this mode when
no fresh air ventilation in required. The damper
will remain closed, but the dehumidifier fan will
still operate normally for air recirculation and
dehumidification.
Programmed Mode – Use this mode to
operate the motorized damper and the
dehumidifier fan according to the programmed
ventilation schedule to bring in fresh air.

The DEH 3000R features a compact-sized remote sensor that
can be placed up to 100 feet away from the controller. The
remote sensor allows the homeowner to accurately control and
m
onitor the relative humidity in a given space without having to
locate the controller in the same area.

the Following Control Functions:
Central Fan Integration – Operates A/C fan
with dehumidifier operation.
A/C Sensor – Automatically activates or deactivates
the dehumidifier when the air conditioner runs.
High Temperature Cutout – Disables
dehumidifier operations if household
temperatures reach the cutout setpoint.
Dry Out Cycle Timer – Automatic fan cycling
to ensure dry and clean coils.
Auto Reboot – Resumes operation with prior
settings in the event of power failure.
