To give you an overview of the Arm Sofa parts, the above picture is to help you put the various parts into perspective. Please read through the instructions below to familiarise yourself with the parts and steps before assembly. Step 1 C D A Position the arm sofa on its back,as shown.
Step 2 A Stand the Chair Seat(A) up as show in the left Picture. Attach the Connecting Piece(⑦) to Chair Seat(A) using Bolts(④), Spring Washers(⑤), and Flat Washer (⑥) with Allen Key(②) as shown in the right picture. Step 3 A E Attach the Right Arm (E) to Chair Seat(A) on the other side by using Bolts(③), Spring Washers(⑤), and Flat Washer (⑥) with Allen Key(②) as shown in the picture.
Install the Legs(D) into the bottom of the Seat(A) by placing a Washer Ring(①) onto the threaded stem of the Legs. And then insert the threaded stem into the threaded mounting position at each Corner of the Bottom of the Seat(A). Tighten by turning the Legs clockwise. Note: The use of Washer Rings(①) are OPTIONAL and are especially useful to help alleviate slight wobbles. Some Legs may need more than oneWasher Ring whilst some Legs may not need any.
Position arm sofa right side up. Align the mounting positions on the Chair Seat(A) . Insert the Backrest (B) into the Chair Seat (A) as shown in above picture. Step 7 Back Cushion (C) Backrest(B) Right Arm(E) Chair Seat(A) Put the Back Cushion(C) on the Right Arm Sofa. Step 8 Your Right Arm Sofa is ready for use. Your Right Arm Sofa can only be used on a flat, level surface.
Step 1 ⑦ ⑦ ⑦ ⑦ Connecting the two sofas by using the pre-fixed Connecting Piece (⑦) as shown in the picture. Step 2 Step 2.1 Step 2.2 Step 2.3 Step 2.4 Note: This is optional step in case we want to connect all sofas in a set together and to match the environment of your home.
