1 Product Use and Features
First, we would like to thank you for choosing Bongmi’s
product. This product offers a more accurate and more
reliable way to help you understand your baby’s growth.
Product Application: weight measurement
Product Features:
Simple design – no button, no screen.
Auto on by stepping on.
Data displayed on and stored in the height ruler, no need to
bend down to check.
Auto uploading of height ruler data after syncing with
BonBaby APP, permanent Cloud storage.
Support baby-holding mode for baby weight measurement.

2 Precautions
Precautions for Use
Do not jump on the product.
Leave the infrared transmitter uncovered while measuring.
Please place the scale on a flat and hard surface. Uneven
surfaces or soft surfaces like carpet may result in
inaccurate results.
Please use it in a room lower than 3.5m with a light-col-
ored ceiling; otherwise, weight data may not show on the
height ruler.
Please do not step on the scale with wet feet or when the
scale surface is wet to avoid the risk of slipping.
The scale consists of tempered glass, an infrared
transmitter, a magnetic circle, an outer cover, etc.
Please check that the following items are included in the
package: a Growp Scale, 4 1.5V (AAA) batteries, and a User
Manual.
In case of anything missing, please contact our after-sales
support.

Precautions for Storage
Do not soak it directly in water.
Do not leave it in high temperature, high humidity, dusty
environment, direct sunlight or directly against the air
conditioner.
Do not leave it in places where a strong impact may occur,
vibration is present or on an uneven surface.

Battery installation instructions for Growp Scale:
Friendly Reminders from Bongmi:
Open the battery compartment cover.
Insert 4 AAA batteries into the battery compartment of the
scale with the positive and negative ends facing the correct
directions as indicated.
Put the battery cover back on in the reverse direction.

If the Growp Scale is not going to be used for some time (3
months or above), please remove the batteries.
Do not mix old batteries with new ones or different types of
batteries to avoid affecting the life of the product.
This product and used batteries shall be disposed in
compliance with the electric product disposal regulations of
the country of use.

1-year warranty (from date of purchase) is included under proper usage.
Warranty doesn’t cover parts other than Growp Scale itself.
Under these circumstances, repair will be charged:
Artificial destruction, inappropriate use, or used for commercial
purposes

Failure to present the Warranty Card
Content of the Warranty Card is inconsistent with the actual
object, or blurred and unrecognizable
Dirt and scratches on the product itself or accessories.
Repaired and modified by the user, damaged by natural
disaster or external force

Keep the Growp Scale away from heat.
This product is not waterproof. Do not let water drip or
splash into the product. In case of exposure to water,
please wipe with a dry cloth as soon as possible.
Wipe the scale surface with a clean and soft cloth. If
necessary, wipe it with a wrung-out cloth and then dry it
with a dry cloth.
Avoid wiping with a rough cloth in case of scratches on
the scale.
Do not wipe this product with chemical or corrosive
solvents.
