Assembly
Step 1 Remove your Reevo out of the box.
Step 2 Fully extend the kickstand for ease of assembly.
Your Reevo is packaged with the handlebar parallel to the wheels and frame.
Step 3 Step 4 Stand in front of the bike and face the bike. Align the front wheel so that it is parallel to the frame. Hold the front wheel firmly in between your knees and rotate the handlebar anticlockwise until it is perpendicular to the frame.
Step 5 Use the 6mm Allen key to tighten the top bolt of the bike stem.
Step 6 Use the 4mm Allen key to tighten the two side bolts of the bike stem. Tighten the top bolt first before tightening the side bolts.
The left crank arm and right crank arm are different. You can differentiate them by identifying the “L” and “R” markings. “L” is for the left crank arm. “R” is for the right crank arm.
Step 7 Insert the right crank arm followed by a crank bolt into the right side of the housing by hand.
Step 8 Use the 6mm Allen key to tighten the crank bolt. Repeat the steps above for the left crank arm.
Step 9 Adjust the saddle height to fit your comfort. The optimum saddle height is when there is a slight bend in your leg with the pedal in its lowest position.
Step 10 Press on both sides of the battery lid simultaneously to unlatch and open it.
Step 11 Insert a nano SIM card into the SIM slot on the battery dock. We recommend using a 4G SIM card with a minimum data of 100 MB.
Step 12 Insert the fully charged battery and close the battery lid.
