Warranty Information
Our products are warrantied against any defect in workmanship or materials for a period
specified on the packaging from the date of purchase, under normal use by the consumer,
provided that sewn in product care instructions have been followed. This warranty excludes
settling of filling materials beyond 90 days after the date of purchase. Hollander may request that
defective product be returned for examination. All Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
To submit a warranty claim for defective product, email proof of purchase sales or gift receipt,
product UPC bar code number, and the sewn in labels from the defective product to:
warranty@hollander.com, or mail information to Quality Manager, Hollander Sleep Products,
LLC, 6501 Congress Avenue, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33487.
Manufacturers’ warranties may not apply in all cases, depending on factors such as use of the
product, where the product was purchased, or who you purchased the product from. Please
review the warranty carefully, and contact the manufacturer if you have any questions.
