Power Connection Power (mains) cord connection Use the delivered power cord to connect your projector to the wall outlet. Plug the female power connector into the male connector at the front of the projector. Power Connection Input Power (mains) voltage adaptation Attention The BARCODATA 2100 - R9001070 leaves the factory to operate on a mains (power) input of 230Vac. Adaptation of the power input of the projector from 230 Vac to 120Vac or vice versa is possible. Follow the procedure as described below. Procedure : - Unplug the power cord from the power input on the front panel. - Turn both lock screws of the top cover with a screwdriver or coin counter clockwise.
Power Connection The switched mode power supplied is located on right side of the projector. - Remove the black protection plate by turning out the 5 screws (indicated with a white arrow) and loosening the both screws (indicated with a hand). Slide the plate a little to the left and take the plate off. - Pull the power module a little to the front until the power selector plug is reachable.
Power Connection -Pull out the 'power selector plug' and re-insert it as illustrated, depending on the walll outlet of the room. - Close the top cover and secure with both locking screws. Power Connection Switching on Use the power switch to switch on. When '0' is visible, the projector is switched off. When '1' is visible, the projector is switched on.
Power Connection When the total run time of the lamp is 970 hours or more, the following message will be displayed for 1 minute. This message will be repeated every 30 minutes. Press EXIT to remove the message before the minute is over. When the total run time of the lamp is 1000 hours or more, the following message, with the exact run time is displayed on the screen. Lamp run time 980 h Lamp run time is 1000 hours. Operating the lamp longer than 1000 hours may damage the projector.

Password set up How to enable or disable the password function ? The password function is enabled when the password strap on the controller module is installed. To get acces to the controller module, handle as follows : - Power down the projector and disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet. - Turn both lock screws of the top cover with a screwdriver or coin counter clockwise. - Lift up and pivot the top cover a little and pull it to the back to remove.
Password set up When the strap is on the right leg and the middle leg, the password function is enabled, when the strap is on the left leg and the middle leg, the password function is disabled. Password set up How to change the password ? Highlight Change password by pushing the control stick forward or backward and press ENTER to display the Change Password menu. ENTER displays the Change Password menu EXIT returns to the adjustment selection menu. Mount first the 2 supporting feet extensions. Handle as follows : - Turn the projector upside down. - Remove both plastic supporting feet (see fig. 1) by turning them anti clockwise. To get access to the fresnel lens, handle as follows : - Turn both lock screws of the top cover with a screwdriver or coin counter clockwise and left up and pivot the top cover. See also 'How to enable or disable the password function ?' in chapter 'Password set up'. The fresnel lens is mounted in the front part of the projector.
