Banebots Hub Mounting

½” Hex Mount

Step 1: Slide the hub onto the shaft and lock it in place with the

supplied set screw.

NOTE: You will need 1/16" hex wrench to tighten the set screw.

Step 2: Slide the wheel onto the hub.

Step 3: Place the supplied snap ring in the groove to hold the wheel in

place.

NOTE: You will need a pair of external snap ring pliers for this step.

¾” Hex Mount

Step 1: Slide the hub onto the shaft and lock it in place with the

supplied set screw.

NOTE: You will need 3/32" hex wrench to tighten the set screw.

NOTE: If using a keyed shaft and machine key, place the machine key

in the shaft prior to sliding the hub on.

Step 2: Slide the wheel onto the hub.

Step 3: Place the supplied snap ring in the groove to hold the wheel in

place.

NOTE: You will need a pair of external snap ring pliers for this step
