The reader module comes with a unique combination of long read range, small size, and low power consumption. ADB-512 3 - 13 - 7/19/2021 INSTALLATION & OPERATION GUIDELINES For ease of explanation, MPR reader in this section refers to an RFID device that consists of ADB-512 and a high performance circular polarized antenna inside a splash proof, UV stabilized housing case. The module should be installed on a heat sink. Example of a heat sink could be an aluminum plate of size 8”x8”x0.1” exposed to convection air flow. The screws at the bottom of module shall be used for mounting the module on the heat sink. 3.
