Handset setting
To change the backlight time:
1. If the phone is turned off, turn it on as described in “Turning the
phone on and off” on page 9.
2. When the idle screen appears, press the left function key to
display the menu screen.
3. Use the joystick key to highlight the Settings icon and press the
left function key or the joystick key to select it.
The settings menu is displayed.
4. Use the joystick key to highlight the Handset Setting option.
5. Press the left function key to select it.
The handset setting menu is displayed.
6. Use the joystick key to highlight the Display option.
7. Press the left function key to select it.
8. Use the joystick key to highlight the Backlight time option.
9. Press the left function key to select it.
The backlight time menu is displayed.
10. Use the joystick key to highlight an option from the list.
11. Press the left function key to select it.
9.3.3 Clock
The clock setting includes time zone, local time, date time format,
date format, display on/off, daylight saving, and second time zone.
To set the clock features:
1. If the phone is turned off, turn it on as described in “Turning the
phone on and off” on page 9.
2. When the idle screen appears, press the left function key to
display the menu screen.
