Reset the earbuds if you can only hear sound on one side or cannot connect with Bluetooth:
1. Open the Bluetooth list on your mobile device and delete "FreePods"
2. Make sure the charging case still has enough power. Keep the earbuds in the charging
case, and make sure the earbuds are charging. (Tips: You can see a red light on each earbud.)
3. Press and hold the multi-function buttons on both earbuds. After 5 seconds, the red lights
of both earbuds turn to blue/red ash, and then the lights turn to red again. Until the lights
turn from blue/red ash to red, then release the button.
(Tips: Please make sure the lights on the earbuds both turned to red/blue ash. )
4. After resetting, take both earbuds out of the charging case at the same time. No need to
put the earbuds on ears, just wait for two earbuds automatically pair each other: the left
one turns to blue/red ash rapidly, and the right one turns to blue ash slowly.
(Tips: If the right light is ashing, that means two earbuds don't successfully pair.
Please try resetting step again)
5. After successfully pairing, search "FreePods" from the Bluetooth list of the mobile device.
