Safety and Care Advice Important – Please read these instructions fully before starting assembly Check you have all the components and tools listed on pages 2 and 3. Remove all fittings from the plastic bags and separate them into their groups. Keep children and animals away from the work area, small parts could choke if swallowed. Make sure you have enough space to layout the parts before starting. Do not stand or put weight on the product, this could cause damage.

Assembly Instructions Step 1 a: Fixing right front frame to the right side panel (Two people required for an easier assembly). a: Insert right side panel 1 into right front frame 3 through joints. b: 3 E 1 b: Place blocks E 23 No! Note: Before fixing the blocks 23 into place it is important to ensure that the slot and groove of parts 1 and 3 are fully pushed together and lined up correctly at the top and bottom. c: Yes! p To 23 23 3 23 Attention: correct position of panel.
Assembly Instructions Step 3 Fitting Metal dowels. H 1 H Screw metal dowels H into right side panel 1 , left side panel 2 and top panel 7 . H Note: Insert metal dowels as far as shown. Do not over tighten. 2 H H H H 7 Step 4 Insert shelf supports K into the right side panel 1 and left side panel 2 .
Assembly Instructions Step 5 B Insert dowels B into the indicated parts. 1 and 2 B 2x 8 B B 18 4x 21 B B Step 6 Assembling the cabinet. 16 Attention! Insert top front frames 16 and bottom front frame 17 into holes on right side panel 1 , as shown. 17 Fit cross rail 18 to the right side panel 1 then fix it using screw E .
Assembly Instructions Step 7 Attention: Fixing shelves. 8 With help, fit fixed shelves 8 to right side panel 1 . 8 Attention! Round edges on shelves must be facing front. 8 Insert 4 locking nuts I into shelves where shown. I Use a screwdriver to turn locking nuts I clockwise to lock. I 1 Do not over tighten. I I Step 8 Fixing left side panel. With help, place left side panel 2 properly ensuring dowels in shelves, frames and cross rail are all fit into their holes at the same time.
Assembly Instructions Step 9 Fixing top panel. I With help, fit top panel 7 to the cabinet. Insert 4 locking nuts I into side panels where shown. I I 7 I Use a screwdriver to turn locking nuts I clockwise to lock. Do not over tighten. Fix bottom front frame 17 to the right and left side panels using screws C as shown in the diagram. C 17 C C C Step 10 Fixing drawer runner. F Fit drawer runners 21 to the side panels then fix it using screws F as shown.

Important: Cabinet MUST be ‘square’ when back panels are attached. a: 6 5 4mm 5 6 1 2 a: Place back panels b: starting with a side back panel 6 as shown in the diagram ( you can easily identify part 6 as it has a straight cut on one of the edges). D Attention: Do not attach side back panels 6 flush to the side panels 1 and 2 , leave a gap of 4mm, as shown. 6 5 5 b: Fix all back panels using screws D .
Assembly Instructions Step 12 10 22 Fixing back panels. 10 a: Attach small back panel 10 at the top first using nails N . b: Position profile 22 onto N back panel (just attach). N 22 10 N c: Carefully slot the 10 second back panel 10 into the profile and fix it to the cabinet using nails N . Important! After fixing the back panels, with help, carefully turn the product with its front facing up. Step 13 a: Fix side plinths 20 to the side panels using screws D .
Assembly Instructions Step 14 Important: With help, carefully stand the product upright. 9 Position adjustable shelves 9 into place. Make sure round edge is facing front. 9 Note: These shelves are adjustable. 9 Step 15 Insert dowels A into the drawer right side 13 and drawer left side 14 .
Assembly Instructions Step 16 a: Drawer assembly. 13 a: Attach drawer right side 13 and drawer left side 14 to the drawer front 12 using screws E E 14 E . E E 12 b: Slide drawer bottom into slots on drawer sides and position drawer back 15 in place. b: 11 15 11 c: Holding the drawer c: back 15 , press the drawer sides and fix them using screws D . D D d: Using bolts G attach drawer handles J to drawer front. d: G Repeat step 16 for the other drawer.
Assembly Instructions Step 17 Insert drawers into unit. With the back of the drawers past the front frames, use a hammer to tap dowels B in flush to drawer sides. This is a safety catch to stop drawer falling out. B B Step 18 Fixing to wall. Furniture must be fixed to a wall. Fix wall strap M to top of furniture using washer L and screw C . With help, move furniture into position. Note: Wall plugs not supplied. The correct type of fixing must be used for your wall, seek professional advice if in doubt.
A Guide to - Wall Mounting & Fixings Important: When drilling into walls always check that there are no hidden wires or pipes etc. Important note: If plastic wall plugs are supplied with your product: Make sure that the screws and wall plugs being used are suitable for supporting your unit. Consult a qualifed tradesperson if you are unsure. Hints: - these are only suitable for use in masonry walls. If you are in any doubt about the correct wall plugs for your wall, seek professional advice.
