Q1.Will it charge while having an otter box cover or pop holder on the phone?
A1.No. Only fit for phone case thinner than 4mm. Thick phone cases will interfere with the
wireless charging.
Q2. Will it fit for my large iPhone 12 pro max?
A2.Yes. But for phone screen larger than 5.8", please pull down the bottom tray to the
end for well connected charge. If you are not sure about your phone screen size, and it not
well connected, please try to pull down the bottom tray for charge.
Q3.Will it charge while using magnetic phone holder?
A3.No. FOD function: If you use magnetic phone holder or there has any magnetic / metal
between the phone holder and the charger, the charger mount will not work and the light will
flashing red.(No Metal, No Magnetic)
Q4.Do I need to turn on the car engine before I use this wireless car charger?
A4.Of course you need. When the car engine is turned off, the wireless charger will lack of
power. (Make sure car power connected)
Q5.Why my wireless car charger mount charge slow?
A5. Maybe you forget this...
Have not pull down the bottom tray to the end.
Phone Case thickness is greater than 4mm.
Have magnetic or metal or any other foreign object between the phone and charger.
Without using the included QC 3.0 adapter and type c cable.
Use 3.1A charging port instead of 3.0
