About the Package Station The Package Station is integrated with T-Mobile Hive to reduce or eliminate discrepancies for Store Transfer Orders (STOs). The Ship It Right Station: 1. Validates devices as they are scanned against the STO, reducing the number of missing or extra devices in a shipment. 2. Provides verbal feedback to users for each step of the shipping process. 3. Keeps track of the weight as each device is placed in the shipping box.
About Package Station continued Parts of the Package 1. 1 Station include: Screen – The screen allows the user to select functions, 2 provides visual messages for each step of the shipping process, and shows what is being recorded during the process. 2. Camera and Scanner – The video camera records the 3 entire scanning and boxing process. The scanner is used to scan the STO, each device’s barcode IMEI, and the shipping label. 3.

Ship a Package During the packing process, the T-Mobile Ship It Right Station provides verbal messages, as well as visual messages on the screen. Follow these steps to prepare a package for shipment using the Ship It Right Station: 1. Place the shipping box on the scale. 2. On the touch screen, select Start Shipment. The station provides verbal confirmation: “Ready for shipping. Please scan the STO.” 3. Scan the STO.
Ship a Package continued 6. Continue scanning devices, placing each device in the box after it has been successfully validated. If the station detects a device has been scanned but not added to the box, it gives you a verbal cue: “Please place the scanned device in the box.” 7. When the last device IMEI included on the STO is scanned and placed in the box, the station provides verbal confirmation: “This box is now complete. Please scan the shipping label.” 8. Scan the shipping label.
Ship It Right Station Messages If there are errors during the scanning and shipping process, the Ship It Right Station light turns red and the station gives you verbal cues to help correct the issue. Common problems are: ⬢ A device is on the STO and scanned to the box, but not placed in the box. The station gives a verbal message: “Please place the scanned device in the box.” ⬢ A device was scanned, placed in the box, and then removed.

Troubleshooting the Ship It Right Station If there are issues with functionality, reboot the system by unplugging the unit from the power source, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging the unit back into the power source. When the station is rebooted, remove all devices from the bos and restart the shipping process from the beginning. If rebooting the system does not fix the issue, please contact Support. © APKUDO 2021.
