Overview The Audio Steno is a five-in-one digital flash drive featuring MP3/WMA playback, memory card reader, USB flash drive, FM broadcast reception and Voice/FM Recorder. The compact design of the Audio Steno with a weight of only 59 grams and embedded memory and memory card slot allows you to carry it all the time and enjoy music anywhere, anytime by saving MP3/WMA music into the embedded memory or a memory card.

Transferring Music/Data Files By connecting the Audio Steno to a PC with the USB cable, you can transfer music/data files between the embedded memory (flash memory) of the Audio Steno, secure digital card and storage devices of the computer. Using the Docking Station The docking station bridges your Audio Steno with PC, which will supply power for the Audio Steno. You can select Data or Audio by the Data/Audio switch situated at the front of the docking station for either transferring data files or playing music and listening to the FM radio. When you select the Data function: The docking station allows you to transfer data/file between your Audio Steno and PC via a USB bus. All function keys will be disabled.
Firmware Upgrade z Connect your Audio Steno to the PC with the USB cable. z Run the Audio Player ASAP510 program from the Start menu of your computer, select Firmware Update. Audio Update Program Screen z The Audio Update Program Screen shows the current firmware version, the updated firmware version and related information. z Click on Start to update the firmware. Q: Why does the available memory capacity of the Audio Steno reported by your operating system is different from that printed on the package? A: For different file systems and algorithms, the firmware of the Audio Steno is loaded into the flash memory and a portion of the memory is reserved for system files and error blocks. As a result, the available memory for users may be slightly lower than the total memory capacity.
