Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B
digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules.

Thanks you for purchasing Bluetooth Telephony Base BT41. BT41
telephony Base is designed and manufactured in accordance with
Bluetooth specification v1.1.
Bluetooth wireless technology is a global specification for
personal area wireless connectivity to ensure communication
compatibility worldwide. It connects any portable and stationary
communication devices with Bluetooth enabled devices easily
without a single inch of cable.
BT41 Telephony Base accepts calls from both your desktop and
mobile phones. It will also let you make call / answer from either
your desktop phone via your Bluetooth wireless headset.
This User's Guide will show you how to connect and operate BT41
Telephony Base.
Usage Requirement
You can use the Bluetooth Telephony Base with any desktop phone and
Bluetooth wireless headset that is compatible with Bluetooth wireless technology
and supports the Headset Profile (as audio gateway).
This User's Guide is published by ATO without any warranty. Improvements
and changes to this User's Guide necessitated by typographical errors,
inaccuracies of current information ,or improvements to programs and /or
equipment, may be made by ATO at any time and without notice.
Headset / Handsfree Profile-Defined by the Bluetooth Special Interest Group
(SIG), it describes how manufacture should implement the various features
supported by a Bluetooth Headset.
The Bluetooth trademarks are owned by Bluetooth SIG, Inc.USA.
To use BT41 with a Bluetooth wireless headset,
you must first pair the two devices.
1.
After power on BT41, the indicator light will turned green.
2.Set the Bluetooth headset in pairing mode.
3.Press the pairing button of BT41 for one second and
the indicator light will turned from green to a blinking
blue. Now BT41 is ready to be paired.
4.Blue light will stop blinking when paired and now both
units enter ready mode.
Making outgoing call
1.Press the number you want to call from the desktop
phone pad (as you normally will do when trying to
make a call with the desktop phone).
2. Press Bluetooth headset TALK button and wait for a dial
tone (indicator light will turned blue).
3.
After the call is connected, user may talk with the headset.
4.
When the call is finished, press the TALK button again to end.
Receive incoming call
1. When there is incoming call (ringing sound can be
heard in both headset and the desktop phone), press
the headset TALK button to receive the call.
2. To hang up, press the headset TALK button once again.

This section lists some problems that you might
encounter while using your headset.
No sound contact between headset and other device
The headset and the device you are using with it have to
be paired to recognize each other.
They also have to be within range of each other. Make
sure the headset and the device you are using are no
more than 10m./30ft.apart with no solid objects in
between.
No lndicator of charging is shown
If your headset battery is empty, or has mot used for a
long time, it may take several minutes before a light to
indicate charging (a steady red light) appears.
Pairing Unsuccessful
If pairing has not been succeeded for a few times, you
may have to reset the headset first before pairing.
To Reset BT41
Disconnect the power source from the unit and then
reconnect again. The unit is now reset.
Please read all this information before using
the Bluetooth headset
1.Check for any exceptions or rules, due to national / local
requirements or limitations, in usage of this Bluetooth
Telephony Base or any other Bluetooth devices.
2.Check also the laws and regulations on the use of
mobile phones and handsfree equipment in the areas
where you drive.
3. Please note that only the ATA authorized dealer or service
partner should remove and/or replace the unit, or
any other components.
4.Please use ATA original accessories only. Use of non-ATA
original accessories may result in damage, loss of
performance to the product, injury, electric shock or even fire.
5. Please do not expose the product to extreme high or low
temperatures, moisture or fluid.
6.Please do not drop, throw or bend the product as rough
treatment will damage it.
7.If BT41 will not be used for a while, please store it in a
place that is dry, free from moisture, dust, and extremes
temperature.
8. Some medical electronic equipment may not be shielded
from RF energy. Therefore, please so not use the headset
near medical equipment without permission.
9.Please turn off the headset before boarding any aircraft.
To prevent any interference with communication systems,
please do not use the headset while the plane is in the air.
10.Please turn off the headset in the blasting areas or any
area with a potentially explosive atmosphere.
12.Please do not allow children to play with the unit
since it contains small parts.
Note: Important - the unit connected to the headset or any electronic
device using radio frequency signals, which cannot guarantee connection
under all conditions or circumstances. Therefore, please never rely solely
upon the headset for essential or emergency communications.
Thank you for purchasing BT41 Telephony Base. Within
the warranty period, if the product fails to operate under
normal use and service, due to improper workmanship or
material, the authorized dealers will, at their option,
either replace or repair the product in accordance with the
following terms and conditions:
1. The warrnaty is valid only if the original receipt issued
to the original purchase by ATA authorized dealer is
presented with the product to be replaced or repaired.
The date of purchase and serial number shall be
specified in receipt. For the replacement and repair
policies and procedures in the countries / provinces
which the product is purchased, please refer to the
local ATA authorized dealer.
2. The warranty does not cover any failure of product due
to normal tear and wear, or misuses, including but not
limit to use in other than the manner according to the
instructions for operation and maintenance of the
product. The warranty also does not cover any failure
of the product due to modification, adjustment,
accident, acts of God, or any improper use or storage.
3. The warranty does not cover product failure due to
improper repair, modification, adjustment, installation,
or service by a non authorized ATA services partner.
4. The warranty does not cover product failures caused by
the use of non ATA original accessories.
5. ATA shall not be liable for any losses, damages
whatsoever, including but not limit to any lost of
profits, damage to property, personal injury and death,
arising under or related to the use of the product
and/or the accompanying software, written material or
from errors, deficiencies or fault, whether such loss or
damage is caused by negligence or otherwise.
6. The warranty terms and conditions will be subject to
change without prior notice.
