在測量血氧飽和度的過程中，正確佩戴手錶，不要戴在手腕骨節上，手臂放平，手錶與腕部皮
膚舒適貼合 (適當收緊錶帶)，保持手臂靜止。受外界因素 (手臂下垂、手臂晃動、手臂毛髮多、
有紋身等) 的影響，可能出現測量結果不準確或無法出現測量值的情況。
建議在運動時收緊手錶錶帶，運動之後再適當調鬆。

Portez la montre correctement lorsque vous mesurez la saturation du sang en
oxygène. Évitez de porter la montre sur l'articulation du poignet. Gardez votre bras à
plat, maintenez un ajustement confortable (convenablement serré) entre la montre
et la peau du poignet, et gardez votre bras immobile tout au long du processus de
mesure. Lorsque des facteurs externes influent sur la mesure (aaissement ou
balancement du bras, poils de bras, tatouage, etc.), il est possible d’obtenir un
résultat erroné à défaut de ne pas obtenir de résultat du tout.
Nous vous recommandons de serrer le bracelet de la montre pendant l'exercice et de
le desserrer après.

Evite el uso de detergentes como el jabón, el desinfectante para manos, la espuma
de baño o las lociones de limpieza para evitar que los residuos químicos irriten la
piel, corroan el dispositivo o deterioren la resistencia al agua del dispositivo.
Después de usar el dispositivo durante un baño (en los dispositivos que permiten

seque el dispositivo inmediatamente.
La correa de cuero no es resistente al agua. Evite mojar la correa, ya que esto

Conecte el cable del cargador del reloj a un adaptador de corriente o al puerto
USB de un ordenador.
Coloque el reloj en la base de carga. Preste atención a la dirección y la posición
del reloj, y asegúrese de que los contactos metálicos de la parte posterior del
reloj encajen correctamente con la base de carga.
Cuando se inicia la carga, la pantalla del reloj muestra el
progreso.
Utilice la base de carga que viene con el reloj. Asegúrese
de que la base de carga esté seca antes de cargar.
Utilice un adaptador de corriente de 1A o más.
