Products should be installed in accordance with these instructions, current electrical codes and/or the current National
Electric Code (NEC).
WARNING: Disconnect supply power from the source prior to installation. This product must be installed by a person familiar
with the construction and operation of the product and the hazards involved, and in accordance with current electrical codes
and/or the current National Electric Code (NEC). Consult a local licensed electrician if you are not sure about the installation. To
reduce potential of electric shock, xture must be grounded. The input voltage of this product is 120-277V AC. The installer must
determine whether power supply is in the range of 120-277V AC at the luminaire before installation. Do not mount or support
these xtures in a manner that can cut the outer jacket or damage the wire insulations. Do not restrict xture ventilation. Do not
cover xtures with insulation or any material that will impede air ow around and heat dissipation of the xtures.
APPLICATION / USE:
This product is suitable for use in wet locations when used in conjunction with a wetherproor junction box and its gasket. The
xture is designed for wall mounting only in an upright postition. Do not operate the xture in a horizontal orientation.
INSTALLATION: See Figure 1
NOTE: Do not touch the yellow portion of the LED array. Damage may occur.
1. Remove plug of grommet , located at the center of the ground plate.
2. With the ground plate’s ground wire facing the junction box, feed the black “pigtail” through the grommet and through the
weatherproof gasket. Tighten the grommet over the pigtail to prevent water from entering the junction box.
3. Using the small bolt on the ground plate, attach the xture’s ground wire to the ground plate.
4. Connect the black xture lead to the hot (black) supply lead. Connect the white xture lead to the common/neutral (white)
supply lead. Use UL approved connectors to make connections. Connect the xture’s ground (green) wire to the supply
ground and the ground plate’s ground wire.
3. Secure the cover plate to the junction box with the weatherproof gasket in place, using the holes in the ground plate.
4. Apply silicone sealant to seal any opening of the junction box.
5. At the intended hanging location, drill a 10mm diameter hole that is 60mm deep.
6. Ensuring the xture is level, mark the remaining holes.
7. Drill the remaining holes and mount xture to wall using appropriate fasteners for the mounting surface (not included). Be
careful not to overtighten fasteners to protect acrylic-syrene housing from cracking.
Note: These instructions do not cover all details or variations in equipment nor do they provide for every possible situation
during installation, operation or maintenance.
ADDITIONAL SAFETY MEASURES:
1. LEDs are not serviceable. Do not attempt
to open the xture or LED compartment.
2. LEDs are bright. Do not look directly
into xture.
3. Not intended for recess mounting in
any type of installation.
4. Do not use with wall dimmers or
in dimming circuits.
