在測量血氧飽和度的過程中，正確佩戴手錶，不要戴在手腕骨節上，手臂放平，手錶與腕部皮
膚舒適貼合 (適當收緊錶帶)，保持手臂靜止。受外界因素 (手臂下垂、手臂晃動、手臂毛髮
多、有紋身等) 的影響，可能出現測量結果不準確或無法出現測量值的情況。
建議在運動時收緊錶帶，運動之後再適當調鬆。

Đeo dây đeo đồng hồ không quá chặt hoặc quá lỏng, và chừa đủ không gian cho da thoáng

Khi đo độ bão hòa oxy trong máu, hãy đeo đồng hồ đúng cách. Tránh đeo đồng hồ trên khớp
cổ tay, giữ thẳng cánh tay bạn, duy trì sự thoải mái (đeo chặt vừa phải) giữa đồng hồ và da cổ
tay, và giữ yên cánh tay của bạn trong suốt quá trình đo. Khi bị ảnh hưởng bởi các yếu tố bên

Wear the watch strap not too tightly or too loosely, and leave enough space for
the skin to breathe. This makes you feel comfortable and allows the sensor to
function.
When measuring blood oxygen saturation, wear the watch correctly. Avoid
wearing the watch on the wrist joint, keep your arm flat, maintain comfortable
(appropriately tight) fitting between the watch and the skin of your wrist, and
keep your arm still throughout the measurement process. When aected by
external factors (arm sag, arm sway, arm hair, tattoo, etc.), the measurement
result may be inaccurate or the measurement may fail and provide no output.
We recommend that you tighten the watch strap during exercise and loosen it
afterwards.

Évitez d'utiliser des détergents tels que du savon, du désinfectant pour les mains, du
bain moussant ou de la lotion pour le nettoyage afin d'éviter une irritation de la peau
par des résidus chimiques, une corrosion de l'appareil ou une dégradation de sa
résistance à l'eau.
Veuillez nettoyer et sécher rapidement l'appareil lorsque vous le portiez au moment
de prendre un bain (pour les appareils adaptés), de nager (pour les appareils
adaptés) orsque vous transpirez.
Le bracelet en cuir est perméable. Évitez de mouiller le bracelet, car cela pourrait
raccourcir sa durée de vie.
Lorsque vous utilisez des bracelets de montre de couleur claire, évitez le contact
avec des vêtements foncés afin de prévenir toute coloration.
N'exposez pas l'appareil à la lumière directe du soleil pendant longtemps. L'appareil
risque de tomber en panne en cas de température ambiante excessivement basse
ou élevée.

Scannez le code QR fourni dans le Manuel d'utilisation à l'aide de votre téléphone
portable pour télécharger l'application sur votre téléphone. Vous pouvez
également télécharger la dernière version de l'application depuis Google Play
Store ou l'App Store d'Apple.
Ouvrez l’application, inscrivez-vous et connectez-vous à un
compte.
Suivez les étapes fournies par l’application pour associer
correctement votre montre. Une fois l'association terminée,
la montre achera l'heure exacte.
Vous pouvez configurer les autres fonctions de la montre
selon vos besoins.

Veuillez utiliser la station de charge fournie avec la
montre. Assurez-vous que la station de charge est
sèche avant de charger votre montre.
Veuillez utiliser un adaptateur secteur d'une
intensité supérieure ou égale à 1A.
Branchez le câble de chargement de la montre à un adaptateur électrique ou au port
USB d'un ordinateur.
Placez la montre dans la station de charge. Faites attention à l'orientation et à la position
de la montre, et assurez-vous que les contacts métalliques à l’arrière de la montre
correspondent bien à la station de charge.
Lorsque la charge commence, l’écran de la montre ache la progression de la charge.
05 Démontage et Montage du bracelet et de la montre

Si vous devez fixer ou retirer le bracelet, maintenez la vis d'un côté avec un tournevis
et faites tourner l'écrou de l'autre côté, comme indiqué sur la figure ci-dessous.
Remarque:
une fois le bracelet monté, tirez-le proprement pour vous assurer qu'il est
correctement fixé.
