Verify Your Wall Construction CAUTION DO NOT install into drywall alone Wood Studs (with Drywall) If you are not sure the wall construction, please contact our customer service at support@alphamount.com. O x4 Wall Anchor This anchor is for concrete or brick walls ONLY. DO NOT use them in drywall or wood studs.
Step 1 Secure the TV Brackets to TV Select TV Bolts Only one bolt size fits your TV. M6 M8 Bolt length: Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination. We recommend thread engagement by at least 5 turns. -Too short will not hold the TV. -Too long will damage the TV. Too Short Correct Too Long Correct Please Note: When using the spacers it is important to note that they can be used in multi-layers (meaning stacked).
Option B (For Round Back TV) B/D/E I 03 04 J/K/L Alternate Spacer Setups Option C (For TV with A “Bump”) Spacers may be necessary for 2 holes ONLY.
Step 2 Assemble the Wall Plate(Optional) DO NOT overtighten. Tighten only until snug. Option A: 16 in. (406mm) stud spacing and VESA Pattern of TV: 8x4 in.-16x16 in. (200x100-400x400mm) Option B: 16-24 in. (406mm-610mm) stud spacing or VESA Pattern of TV: 8x4 in.-32x16 in.(200x100-800x400mm) Loosen Loosen 2B-1 Remove the pre-assembled bolts [S] from the wall plates and keep them for the use of step 2B-2 S 02 Tighten 02 Tighten S 2B-2 Assemble the wall plates with by tightening the bolts [S].
Step 3 Attach Wall Plate to Wall For wood stud installation, follow STEP 3A For concrete installation, follow STEP 3B Step 3A Wood Stud Option WARNING: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [F]. Tighten the lag screws [F] only until the washers [G] are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01]. ● DO NOT USE ANCHOR FOR THIS STEP ● Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
3A-3 Drill 4 pilot holes using a 7/32 in. (5.5mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 9/16 in. (65mm) 2 9/16 in. (65mm) 7/32 in. (ø5.5mm) 3A-4 Install the wall plate [01] using lag screws [F] and washers [G]. Tighten the lag screws [F] only until the washers [G] are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01] . F G 1/2 in.
3B-1 3B-2 Position the wall plate at your desired height, level the wall plate and mark the pilot hole locations. Drill 4 pilot holes using a 3/8 in. (10mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 3/4 in. (70mm). Never drill into the mortar between blocks. 2 3/4 in.(70mm) 3/8 in. (ø10mm) 3B-3 F G O Install wall plate using lag screws [F] and washers [G] only until the washers [G] are pulled firmly against the wall plate. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [F].
Step 4 Adjust Tilt Angles of TV Note: Do not over-tighten or over-loosen the bolts [S] Top 04 of S 5/16in. (8mm) Wrench (Not Included) TV S 03 Bo S tto mo f T V Tighten Loosen Note: The tilt angles of the hooks on the TV brackets must be the same Slightly loosen the 2 preassembled tilt tension bolts [S] on both brackets.
R Locking Press While pulling and hold both ropes [R] , press the bottom of the TV into the wall plate [01] until the latches lock into the wall plate, then release the ropes. To Remove TV from Wall Plate 1. Disconnect all cables, pull down and hold both ropes [R] while gently pulling the bottom of the TV away from the wall plate [01].
