Tools Needed (Not lncluded) Stud Finder 7/32 in. (5.5mm) Wood Drill Awl Tape Measure 3/8 in. (10mm) Concrete Drill Pencil Hammer Level Drill 1/2in. (13mm) Socket Wrench Philips Screwdriver 3/8 in. (10mm) Wrench Supplied Parts and Hardware Warning: This product contains small items that could be a choking hazard if swallowed. TV Bolts (Only one bolt size fits your TV) Note: The bolts are shown in accordance with the actual size M4 M6 M4x30mm G x4 M6x15mm H x4 M6x30mm x4 I M8 M8x15mm x4 J M8x45mm K x4 Supplied Parts and Hardware for Step 2 Wall Plate 01 x1 Note: The lag screw is shown in accordance with the actual size A x4 Lag Screw M8x50 mm B x4 Washer M8 CAUTION! C x4 Wall Anchor This anchor is for concrete or brick walls ONLY. DO NOT use them in drywall or wood studs.
Step 1 Secure the TV Brackets to TV Select TV Bolts Only one bolt size fits your TV. M4 M6 M8 Bolt length: Verify adequate thread engagement with bolts or bolts/spacers combination. We recommend thread engagement by at least 5 turns. -Too short will not hold the TV. -Too long will damage the TV. Too Short Too Long Correct Correct Note: If necessary, the spacers can be used in multi-layer. If the installation fails after trying various methods, please contact customer service at support@alphamount.

Option C (For TV with A “Bump”) Spacers may be necessary for 2 holes ONLY. Step 2 Attach the Wall Plate [01] to Wall For wood stud installation, follow STEP 2A For concrete installation, follow STEP 2B 03 Step 2A Wood Stud Option WARNING: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A]. Tighten the lag screws [A] only until the washers [B] are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01]. X DO NOT USE ANCHOR [C] FOR THIS STEP Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step.
2A-2 Position the wall plate at your desired height and line up the holes with your stud center line. Level the wall plate and mark the holes. 01 2A-3 Drill 4 pilot holes using a 7/32 in (5.5mm) diameter drill bit. Make sure the depth is not less than 2 in. (50mm). 2 in. (50mm) ø7/32 in. (5.5mm) 2A-4 Install the wall plate using lag screws [A] and washer [B]. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A]. Tighten the lag screws [A] only until the washers [B] are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01] .
Step 2B Solid Concrete or Concrete Block Option WARNING: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage! DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A]. Tighten the lag screws [A] only until the washers [B] are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01]. Ensure the wall plate is securely fastened to the wall before continuing to the next step. ● ● ● ● ● Mount the wall plate [01] directly onto the concrete surface Anything covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in.
2B-3 01 C A Use the hammer to knock anchors [C] into the wall. Be sure the anchors [C] are seated flush with the concrete surface. B Install wall plate [01] using lag screws [A] and washers [B]. DO NOT over-tighten the lag screws [A]. Tighten the lag screws [A] only until the washers [B] are pulled firmly against the wall plate [01]. 1/2 in. (13mm) Socket Wrench (Not Included) Step 3 Adjust the Tilt Angles of TV Note: Do not over-loosen or over-tighten the nuts on the brackets 3/8 in.
Step 4 Secure the TV onto the Wall Plate HEAVY! You may need assistance with this step. Wall 01 TV R Locking To Hang TV onto Wall Plate 1. Hang the TV with brackets [02] and [03] onto the wall plate [01]. 2. While pulling and hold both ropes [R] , press the bottom of the TV into the wall plate [01] until the latches lock the TV brackets [02] and [03], then release the ropes.
