Q: PC prompts that the USB Device Not Recognized?
A: It is recommended to connect a USB port with sufficient power,
such as the USB port on the computer motherboard. Or please
try with another computer or USB device. Unplug & plug the USB
cable or restart the PC.
Q: Why the USB devices can't use?
A: Please confirm whether the devices you are connecting the need
to install the driver and support the operating system you are
using. Otherwise, it may not work properly.
Q: Does this extension work with Oculus Quest?
A: Yes, but you need to pair with the extra USB C cable or USB C
adapter because Oculus Quest is a USB C interface.
Q: Why my external hard drive doesn't work with the USB extension
cable?

A: The HDD attached to this USB extension cable MUST have an
additional power supply, otherwise, with the extended length of
cable, the voltage attenuates which will cause the external hard
drive that doesn't work.
Q: Why is the data transmission unstable when connecting some
USB devices?
A: Because of the voltage issue, when connecting high-power
devices, please connect the included power adapter to provide
additional power.
