Remarks:
1) Year setting will start from 2000 to 2099
2) When there is a change on year/ month/ date, weekday will be automatically updated.
3) The timeout is 60 seconds, setting will be automatically closed after the timeout passed.
2. RCC feature
The weather station will automatically start the RCC in either one of the below criteria:
1) Power on or reset to enter RCC reception
2) RCC will start regularly at 1:03, 2:03, 3:03, 4:03 & 5:03
3) When RCC feature is on, hold the
