SCRAM GPS Bracelet Installation Quick

Sheet

Purpose

Use this quick sheet to install the SCRAM GPS Bracelet on an offender who has come into the office

to complete the set-up process.

What you will need:

 SCRAM GPS Bracelet being assigned

 Power cable

Procedure

Prior to Installation

1. Ensure hooks on back plate are not missing or damaged.

2. Note proper orientation of back plate on strap prior to wrapping around the offender’s ankle.

3. Ensure indicator lights on bracelet are facing up – visible by offender while wearing.

Installation

Step 1

a. Place faceplate flat against leg.

b. Wrap bracelet body and strap around leg to overlap loose end.

Step 3 Warning: Do NOT fully close. a. b. c. d. Close to first soft click. Ensure correct fit of bracelet. If necessary, undo and adjust size.
