1.2 Getting started Charging the battery 1.2.1 Set up Inserting or removing the SIM card/SD card You must insert your SIM card to make phone calls. You do not need to power off your phone before inserting or removing the SIM card as this phone can support hot swap. Connect the battery charger to your phone and wall socket respectively, the LED indicator will light while charging. • Make sure the battery is correctly inserted before connecting the charger.

Notification icons Touch and drag down the Status bar to open the Quick settings panel or Notification panel. Touch and drag up to close it. When there are notifications, you can touch them to access notifications directly.
1.3.3 Search bar The phone provides a Search function which can be used to locate information within applications, the phone or the web. To create a screen unlock pattern (refer to section “Screen lock” for detailed settings) • From the Home screen, touch to open the applications list, then touch Settings\Lock screen\Screen lock\Pattern. • Draw your own pattern. Change a contact’s default phone number The default phone number (the number which has priority when making a call or sending a message) will always be displayed under the contact name. To change the default phone number, long press the number you want to set as the default number from the contact's details screen, then select Set default. A appears before the number.

To turn on Bluetooth 6.4 • Touch Settings. With the USB cable, you can transfer media files and other files between your microSD card/internal storage and a computer. • Touch to activate/deactivate this function. To request a refund Auto update If you are not satisfied with the application, you can ask for a refund within 15 minutes of the purchase. My phone can't charge properly • Make sure you are using an ALCATEL ONETOUCH charger from the box. • Make sure that your battery is not completely discharged; if the battery power is empty for a long time, it may take around 20 minutes to display the battery charger indicator on the screen. • Make sure charging is carried out under normal conditions (0°C to +40°C). • When abroad, check that the voltage input is compatible.
When I select a number from my contacts, the number can't be dialed • Make sure that you have correctly recorded the number in your file. • Make sure that you have selected the country prefix when calling a foreign country.
