When connecting / disconnecting a Lucent RF coaxial jumper cable assembly to/from any fixed panel mounted 7-16 DIN female receptacle, it is highly recommended that the cable assembly be connected/disconnected as shown in the figure below. Please note that the mating receptacle is not shown because it is a fixed and secured interface.
