NOTE: The radio module is for use in Air Innovations equipment only. Air Innovations equipment is typically installed

in home wine cellars or restaurant Wine Cellars. No modifications are allowed to be made to the radio module by the

end users.

NOTE: The selected frequencies used to control and monitor the system wireless components are set at Air

Innovations for each individual system and are not adjustable by the end user. The Radio uses a set PCB Trace

antenna. It is not replaceable or adjustable by the end user.

NOTE: The modular transmitter is only approved for use by the grantee in its own products and not intended for sale

to third parties.

LABEL REQUIREMENT

The following statements required by FCC / ISED on the product and in the Installation manual Notice.

The FCC / ISED certification label of a module shall be clearly visible at all times when installed in the host product;

otherwise, the host product must be labelled to display the FCC / ISED certification number for the module, preceded

by the word "contains" or similar wording expressing the same meaning, as follows:

Additional FCC label requirement:

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This

device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including

interference that may cause undesired operation.

larger, and the device does not have a display that can show electronic labeling, then the information required by this paragraph
