WHAT ARE THE COMPONENTS IN THE SMARTWALL® SYSTEM? A completed SMARTWALL® assembly provides a continuous vapour barrier. Electrical installation is simplified with integrated vertical and horizontal channels that run through the R16 insulation.

INSTALLATION 4. Install your first wall panel • Measure the height and cut the top of panels to size – never cut the bottom of the panels • Secure the panel using 1 ½” screws at the bottom and 5” screws at the top 5.

INSTALLATION 8. Installation of wiring Wiring should always be installed by a licensed electrician. If possible, it is best to feed the wires through the horizontal channels as you install the panels. However, your electrician must first approve. Otherwise, the wiring can be run after all SMARTWALL® panels are installed by using a wire fish.
INSTALLATION 9. Finishing the panels DRIcore SMARTWALL® panels come pre-primed and are ready for final paint to complete your basement project.
