Gebrauchsanweisung 1.1 Gerätebeschreibung Mit Wärmespeichern wird während der preisgünstigen Freigabezeiten von Niedertarifstrom (abhängig vom Energie-Versorgungs-Unternehmen, überwiegend während der Nachtstunden) elektrisch erzeugte Wärme gespeichert. Diese wird entsprechend der gewünschten Raumtemperatur als Warmluft über ein Gebläse, zu einem geringen Anteil auch über die Geräteoberfläche, wieder abgegeben. 1.
Für den Benutzer ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Deutsch 1.2.4 Energiespartipps Nur dann Heizen, wenn die Wärme auch benötigt wird. Raumtemperatur möglichst auf 20 °C halten. Jedes Grad mehr erhöht die Heizkosten um 6 bis 7% und jedes Grad weniger spart den gleichen Betrag. Nicht generell über die Oberfläche des Speicherheizgerätes heizen sondern auch mit dem Ventilator heizen. Dafür besser den Bedienknopf für die Aufladung am Speicherheizgerät etwas zurückdrehen.
Für den Benutzer und den Installateur 1.4 Pflege und Wartung ● Der AEG-Hochspeicher bedarf nur einer geringen Wartung. ● Die Ventilatoren sind mit selbstschmierenden Gleitlagern ausgerüstet. Wir empfehlen, das Gerät von Zeit zu Zeit durch einen Installateur öffnen und eventuelle Staubablagerungen am Ventilator und in der Luftmischkammer entfernen zu lassen. ● Die Reinigungs- bzw. Wartungsintervalle der Geräte sind von den jeweiligen Aufstell- und Betriebsbedingungen abhängig.
Für den Benutzer und den Installateur Deutsch 1.6 Hinweise bei Störungen Der AEG-Hochspeicher ist mit einem stufenlosen Auf- und Entladeregler und einem Sicherheitstemperaturbegrenzer ausgerüstet. Schaltet während des Aufheizvorganges der Auf- und Entladeregler nicht ab, so unterbricht der Sicherheitstemperaturbegrenzer den Stromkreis. Etwa auftretende Störungen dürfen nur durch einen Fachmann behoben werden, siehe Abschnitt „Zu beachtende Regeln“ (2.2.1).

Für den Installateur Deutsch 2.2.3 Mindestabstände Das Gerät kann wandbündig aufgestellt werden. Folgende Mindestabstände sind aus Sicherheitsgründen einzuhalten: ● von Abdeckung und Seitenwänden 10 cm ● vom Luftaustrittsgitter 25 cm 2.2.4 Kippsicherung, Wandbefestigung Der AEG-Hochspeicher muß gegen Kippen gesichert werden. Dazu das Gerät an der Stellwand befestigen. Zur Befestigung an der Stellwand liegt jedem Gerät eine entsprechende Halteschraube bei, die nach Abb.
Für den Installateur 2.3 Aufbau und Elektroanschluß Erst am Aufstellungsort sollte das Speicherheizgerät aus der Verpackung genommen werden. Kleine Beschädigungen an den Speicherkernsteinen sind für den Betrieb des Gerätes bedeutungslos. 2.3.1 Geräteaufbau ● Gerät öffnen (Abb. 2): 1. Für den Installateur Deutsch 2.3.4 Elektroanschluss Das Speicherheizgerät wird mit einer Laststromleitung (Niedertarif) und Steuerleitungen für den Raumtemperaturregler sowie für die Aufladeregelung (A1/Z1; A2/Z2) angeschlossen. Die Leitungen A1/Z1 und A2/Z2 führen Netzspannung 230V~ und dürfen somit gemeinsam in einer Leitung mit L/N/PE für den Raumthermostaten geführt werden. Das Speicherheizgerät ist für den direkten Anschluss geeignet, es kann aber auch über eine Anschlussdose angeschlossen werden.

Für den Installateur 2.6 Zubehör 2.6.1 Aufladesteuerung Die Aufladesteuerung erfaßt die Außentemperatur und setzt sie in eine Steuerleistung um. Die Leistung wird über die Steuerleitung (A1/Z1 und A2/Z2) dem Steuerfühler in jedem Speicherheizgerät zugeführt. Gleichzeitig wird die Kerntemperatur im Gerät erfasst. Der Abschaltpunkt des Aufladereglers wird damit entsprechend der Außentemperatur und der Speichertemperatur bestimmt.
Für den Installateur Deutsch 2.7 Inbetriebnahme Vor der Inbetriebnahme sind nachfolgende Prüfungen durchzuführen: Isolationsprüfung mit einer Spannung von mindestens 500 V. Der Isolationswiderstand muss mindestens 0,5 MOhm betragen. Funktionsprüfung Die Funktion des Gebläses für den Speicherteil durch Einschalten des Raumtemperaturreglers prüfen. Aufladung Die Geräte können nach erfolgter Funktionsprüfung ohne Erstaufheizung in Betrieb genommen werden.
For the User 1. Operating Instructions 1.1 Technical Description Storage heaters store electrically generated heat during low-cost electricity tariff periods (depending on the electricity supply company, mainly during the night hours). This is then discharged according to the desired room temperature as hot air by a fan and to a small extent through the surface of the heater. 1.2 Operation The heater operation takes place by means of the recessed operating knob at the top right of the heater.
For the User 1.2.4 Energy saving tips ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Only heat when necessary. Keep the room temperature at 20 °C if possible. Each degree above 20 °C increases the heating costs by 6 to 7%. Likewise, each degree below 20 °C saves the same amount of energy. Do not heat only by the radiation from the surfaces of the heater, but use the fan as well. If necessary, turn the heater charge adjusting knob slightly down (anti-clockwise). Use an automatic charge control to charge the heater if possible.
For the User and the Fitter 1.4 Care and Maintenance ● ● ● ● ● AEG high line storage heaters have been constructed so that they need only a minimum of maintenance. The fans are equipped with self-lubricating bearings. We recommend that the heater be opened from time to time by a qualified installer who can free the heater from any dust which may have accumulated on the fan or in the air-outlet channels. Cleaning and maintenance intervals are dependent on the conditions under which the heater works.
For the User and the Fitter 1.6 Trouble Shooting Tips AEG high line storage heaters are equipped with a continuous running charge control and a charge safety non-resetting limit switch. If the charge control does not switch off the elements under normal charging conditions, the non-resetting safety limit switches off the power supply to the elements. Problems in this category must only be repaired by a qualified installer (see Chapter “Important Instructions”, 2.2.1).

For the Fitter 2.2.3 Minimum Clearances For reasons of safety, the following minimum clearances are to be adhered to: ● From cover and side panels 10 cm ● From air-outlet grille 25 cm 2.2.4 Tilting Safety, Wall Mounting AEG high line storage heater must be protected against tipping over. To do this, the heater is to be fixed to the wall. The heater should first be mounted to the wall as shown in Fig. 1 using the screw and wall-plug provided.
For the Fitter 2.3 Assembly and Electrical Connection The heater should be only removed from its packaging near to its place of final assembly. Small cracks or chips in the heater core bricks have no influence on the operation of the heater. 2.3.1 Heater Assembly ● Opening the heater (Fig. 2): 1. For the Fitter 2.3.4 Electrical Connection The storage heater appliance is connected to a load current (OFF-PEAK tariff) and control cables for the room thermostat and for the charge control (A1/Z1; A2/Z2). The cables A1/Z1 and A2/Z2 are at line-voltage 230V~ and may thus be run together with a L/N/PE cable for the room thermostat. The heater is suitable for direct connection without a spur, or with a wall socket.

For the Fitter 2.6 Accessories 2.6.1 Charge Control The charge control registers the outside temperature and converts this value into a control current. This current is passed via the control wires A1/Z1 and A2/Z2 to the control resistance in each storage heater. At the same time, the temperature in the heater core is also registered. The switch-off point of the charge thermostat is therefore determined by both the outside temperature and the temperature of the heater core.
For the Fitter 2.7 Commissioning the Heater Following tests must be carried out before commissioning the heater: Insulation test with a voltage of at least 500 V. The dielectric resistance must be at least 0,5 MOhm. Function Test Check the function of the fan for the storage unit by switching on the room temperature regulator. Charging English The units can be started without initial heating up after the function test.

Conservez une température ambiante d'environ 20 °C si possible. Pour chaque degré au dessus de 20 °C, les coûts de chauffage augmentent de 6 à 7%. Inversement, chaque degré au dessous de 20 °C économise le même montant d'énergie. Ne chauffez pas seulement par la radiation des surfaces de l'accumulateur, mais utilisez également le ventilateur.
A l’intention de l’utilisateur et l’installateur 1.4 Maintenance et entretien ● ● Les appareils AEG demandent peu d’entretien. Les ventilateurs sont équipé d'un système autolubrifiant. Nous recommandons cependant de faire ouvrir l'appareil à intervalles réguliers par un installateur et de faire enlever la poussière se trouvant sur le ventilateur et dans la partie de mélange de l'air.
A l’intention de l’utilisateur et l’installateur 1.6 En cas de problèmes Le modèle cheminée AEG est équipé d'un thermostat de charge en continu et d'un interrupteur de sécurité bloquant. Si le thermostat ne coupe pas les éléments pendant la charge normale, l'interrupteur de sécurité bloquant coupe le circuit électrique. Dans ces caslà, faites impérativement intervenir un professionnel , v. «Procédures à respecter» (2.2.1). Si l'appareil ne fonctionne pas correctement, procédez aux tests suivants: 1.

A l’intention de l’installateur 2.6 Accessoires 2.6.1 Thermostat de charge Le thermostat de charge mesure la température extérieure et la convertit en puissance. Cette puissance est transmise par les câbles A1/Z1 et A2/Z2 à la sonde de chaque accumulateur. En même temps, la température du noyau de l'appareil est mesurée. Le point de coupure du thermostat est déterminé par la température ambiante et la température du noyau de l'appareil.
A l’intention de l’installateur 2.7 Mise en route Effectuez les tests suivants avant la mise en route de l'appareil: Test d'isolation avec une tension d'au moins 500 V. La résistance doit avoir une valeur d'au moins 0,5 MOhms. Contrôle de fonctionnement Contrôler le fonctionnement de la soufflante de l’élément d’accumulation en mettant en marche le thermostat d’ambiance. Charge Une fois le contrôle de fonctionnement achevé, les appareils peuvent être mis en service sans préchauffage.

Gebruiksaanwijzing 1.1 Omschrijving van het apparaat Met warmteaccumulatoren wordt tijdens de laag tarief periode (afhankelijk van het nutsbedrijf, meestal nachtstroom) elektrisch opgewekte warmte opgeslagen. Deze wordt overeenkomstig de temperatuur in de ruimte via een ventilator als warme lucht, en voor een gering deel ook als uitstralingswarmte van het oppervlak van het apparaat, weer afgegeven. 1.2 Bediening De oplaadregelknop, rechtsboven op het toestel, is in-/uitschuifbaar.
Voor de gebruiker 1.2.4 Energiebesparingtips ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Alleen dan verwarmen als de warmte ook nodig is. Kamertemperatuur zo mogelijk op 20 °C houden. Elke graad meer, verhoogt men de verwarmingskosten met 6 tot 7% en elke graad minder bespaart men hetzelfde. In het algemeen, niet alleen via de oppervlakken van de dynamische accumulator maar ook met de ventilatoren verwarmen. Daarvoor liever de oplaadregelknop van het toestel iets terugdraaien.
Voor de gebruiker en de installateur 1.4 Onderhoud ● ● ● ● ● Het AEG-schoorsteenmodel heeft maar weinig onderhoud nodig. De ventilatoren hebben zelfsmerende glijlagers. Wij raden aan het apparaat van tijd tot tijd door een installateur te laten openen en eventuele stofophopingen op de ventilatoren en in de luchtmengkamer te laten weghalen. De reinigings-/ onderhoudsintervallen van de apparaten zijn van plaats-en bedrijfsomstandigheden afhankelijk.
Voor de gebruiker en de installateur 1.6 Tips bij storingen De AEG-accumulator, schoorsteenmodel, heeft een traploze mechanische oplaadthermostaat met een veiligheidstemperatuurbegrenzer. Als tijdens het opwarmen de oplaadthermostaat niet uitgeschakeld wordt, onderbreekt de veiligheidstemperatuurbegrenzer het stroomcircuit. Eventuele storingen mogen alleen door een geschoold vakman verholpen worden, zie hoofdstuk "In acht te nemen regels" (2.2.1).

Voor de installateur 2.2.3 Minimumafstanden Het toestel moet vlak tegen de wand neergezet worden. Daartoe dient men het toestel aan de wand te bevestigen. Voor de bevestiging aan de wand is voor elk toestel een vastzetschroef meegeleverd met plug (zie afb. 1).

Voor de installateur 2.3.4 Elektrische aansluiting De dynamische accumulator wordt met een vermogenleiding (nachttarief) en sturingsleidingen voor de ruimtetemperatuurregelaar alsmede voor de automatische oplaadregeling (A1/Z1; A2/Z2) aangesloten. De leidingen A1/Z1 en A2/Z2 voeren een stuurspanning tot 230V~ en mogen daarom samen in een toevoerleiding L/N/PE van de kamerthermostaten geplaatst.

Voor de installateur 2.6 Toebehoren 2.6.1 Automatische Oplaadregelaar De oplaadregelaar stelt de buitentemperatuur vast en zet deze in een stuurspanning om. Deze stuurspanning wordt via de stuurleidingen (A1/Z1 en A2/Z2) naar de stuurweerstand in elk accumulatietoestel gevoerd. Tegelijkertijd wordt de kerntemperatuur in het toestel vastgesteld. Het uitschakelpunt van de oplaadregelaar wordt volgens de buitentemperatuur en de restwarmtetemperatuur bepaald.
Voor de installateur 2.7 In gebruikname Voor de ingebruikneming, moeten de volgende controles verricht worden: l Isolatiecontrole met een spanning van minstens 500 V. De isolatieweerstand moet minstens 0,5 MOhm bedragen. Werkingscontrole De werking van de ventilator voor het accumulatordeel door het inschakelen van de thermostaat controleren. Opladen De apparaten kunnen na een succesvolle werkingscontrole zonder eerste opwarming in gebruik worden genomen.
