Gebrauchsanweisung 1.1 Gerätebeschreibung Mit Wärmespeichern wird während der preisgünstigen Freigabezeiten von Niedertarifstrom (abhängig vom Energie-Versorgungs-Unternehmen, überwiegend während der Nachtstunden) elektrisch erzeugte Wärme gespeichert. Diese wird entsprechend der gewünschten Raumtemperatur als Warmluft über ein Gebläse wieder abgegeben. 1.2 Bedienung Die Bedienung erfolgt über die versenkbaren Bedienknöpfe oben rechts am Gerät.
Für den Benutzer ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Deutsch 1.2.4 Energiespartipps Nur dann Heizen, wenn die Wärme auch benötigt wird. Raumtemperatur möglichst auf 20 °C halten. Jedes Grad mehr erhöht die Heizkosten um 6 bis 7% und jedes Grad weniger spart den gleichen Betrag. Nicht generell über die Oberfläche des Speicherheizgerätes heizen sondern auch mit dem Ventilator heizen. Dafür besser den Bedienknopf für die Aufladung am Speicherheizgerät etwas zurückdrehen.
Für den Benutzer und den Installateur 1.4 Pflege und Wartung ● ● ● ● ● Die AEG-Küchenspeicher bedürfen nur einer geringen Wartung. Die Ventilatoren sind mit selbstschmierenden Gleitlagern ausgerüstet. Wir empfehlen, das Gerät von Zeit zu Zeit durch einen Installateur öffnen und eventuelle Staubablagerungen am Ventilator und in der Luftmischkammer entfernen zu lassen. Die Reinigungs- bzw. Wartungsintervalle der Geräte sind von den jeweiligen Aufstell- und Betriebsbedingungen abhängig.

Für den Installateur 2.3 Aufbau und Elektroanschluß Erst am Aufstellungsort sollte das Speicherheizgerät aus der Verpackung genommen werden. Kleine Beschädigungen an den Speicherkernsteinen sind für den Betrieb des Gerätes bedeutungslos. 2.3.1 Gerät öffnen 1. Die 2 Befestigungsschrauben der Bedienblende oben links und rechts herausdrehen. 2. Die 4 Befestigungsschrauben des vorderen Abdeckbleches herausdrehen, Abdeckblech nach vorn abnehmen. Auf Abdeckblechrückseite beigelegte Ausgleichsblenden abnehmen. 3.
Für den Installateur Deutsch 5. Sicherheitstemperaturbegrenzer F1 unten rechts von Innenwand abschrauben. Die 8 Befestigungsschrauben der Innenwand herausschrauben. Innenwand herausnehmen: Hierzu die Innenwand zuerst an der rechten Seite vor- und anschließend schräg nach rechts herausziehen. Achtung: Die Isolierung ist an der Innenwand befestigt, vorsichtige Handhabung! 6. Vordere Wärmedämmung, eingetütete Kleinteile, Rohrheizkörper, Kernabdeckblech und Verpackungsmaterial aus Speicherkernraum entnehmen.
Für den Installateur 2.3.3 Zuführung der Anschlusskabel Beim Einbau in die Küchenzeile die Länge der Anschlusskabel für Niedertarif-, Hochtarif- und Steuerstromkreis so bemessen, dass das Gerät vor Einbau in die Einbaunische angeschlossen werden kann. Der Küchenspeicher lässt sich somit später z.B. für Wartungsarbeiten ohne Abklemmen ganz aus der Einbaunische herausziehen.

Für den Installateur ● Eine Ausgleichsblende 20mm hoch an Bedienblende (Pos. 23, Abb. 21) montieren. Sockelblende bis vor die seitlichen Blenden bündig wieder einschieben. Anschlussleitung des Raumtemperaturfühlers B2 an Auf- und Entladeregler B1 wieder anschließen. Andrückschrauben wieder fest anziehen. Für den Installateur Deutsch 2.7 Inbetriebnahme Vor der Inbetriebnahme sind nachfolgende Prüfungen durchzuführen: ● Isolationsprüfung mit einer Spannung von mindestens 500 V. Der Isolationswiderstand muß mindestens 0,5 MOhm betragen. ● Vom Elektroinstallateur ist die Leistungsaufnahme zu messen. Dies kann beispielsweise mittels kWh- und Zeitmesser erfolgen. Operating Instructions 1.1 Technical Description Storage heaters store electrically generated heat during low-cost electricity tariff periods (depending on the electricity supply company, mainly during the night hours). This is then discharged according to the desired room temperature as hot air by a fan. 1.2 Operation The heater is operated using the recessable knobs on the top right of the heater.
For the User 1.2.4 Energy saving tips ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Only heat when necessary. Keep the room temperature at 20 °C if possible. Each degree above 20 °C increases the heating costs by 6 to 7 %. Likewise, each degree below 20 °C saves the same amount of energy. Do not heat only by the radiation from the surfaces of the heater, but use the fan as well. If necessary, turn the heater charge adjusting knob slightly down (anti-clockwise).
For the User and the Fitter 1.4 Care and Maintenance ● ● ● ● ● AEG heaters have been constructed so that they need only a minimum of maintenance. The fans are equipped with self-lubricating bearings. We recommend that the heater be opened from time to time by a qualified installer who can free the heater from any dust which may have accumulated on the fan or in the air-outlet channels. Cleaning and maintenance intervals are dependent on the conditions under which the heater works.

Heater does not store heat Check the circuit breakers and power switches in the control panel. ● Is there line voltage on the electronic charge control B1? ● Is there line voltage on the “SH” terminal of the electronic charge and discharge control B1? ● Is the protective resistance R1 (22 Ohm) defective? ● Is the thermal relay K1 switching correctly? For the Fitter 2.2.4 Heater dimensions, fitting measurements The Kitchen Heater is designed to be built in below the working top. The heater's height is factoryset at 815 - 820 mm.
For the Fitter 2.3 Assembly and Electrical Connection The heater should be only removed from its packaging near to its place of final assembly. Small cracks or chips in the heater core bricks have no influence on the operation of the heater. 2.3.1 Opening the heater 1. Take out the 2 fixing screws at the top right and left of the operating plate. 2. Take out the 4 fixing screws on the front cover panel and remove the cover panel forwards. Remove the equalising fascia plates on the rear of the cover panel.
For the Fitter 5. Remove the safety cut-out thermostat F1 from the lower right hand side of the inside panel. Remove the 8 inside panel fixing screws. Remove the inside panel: to do this, pull the panel forwards on the right hand side and then remove it obliquely to the right. Note: The insulation is fixed to the inside panel, handle with care! For the Fitter 2.3.3 Running in the supply cables When integrating the heater into a built-in kitchen, measure off enough length of low-voltage, high-voltage and charge control supply cable to allow the heater to be electrically connected before integrating it below the working top. It is then possible to pull the heater out of its recess at a later date, for instance for repair work, without having to disconnect the supply cables.

For the Fitter 2.3.7 Installation of fan compartment and base board ● ● ● ● Clean out the base of the kitchen heater before installing the fan compartment (slidein module). Set the fan compartment, along with the base board, back into the heater. Fix the fan compartment with 2 fixing screws on the underside of the inside panel (Pos. 4, Fig. 12). Reconnect the fan wires to the switching plate.

For the Fitter ● Fix an adjusting panel 20 mm in height to the operating panel (Pos. 23, Fig. 21). Replace the base board flush to the side panels. Replace the room temperature sensor B2 connecting cables to the charge and discharge regulator B1. Re-fix the pressure screws. Caution: ● ● ● Before replacing the front cover panel, make sure that the core temperature sensor B3 (see Fig. 6, page 32) is firmly sitting in its sleeve (sensor tip at end of sleeve). Replace and fix the front cover panel.
For the Fitter ● ● Remover the screws (Pos. 25, Fig. 23) from the top part of the slide-in fan module. Remove the tape covering the cable conduit hole and insert the cable conduit from the outside (Pos. 26). For the Fitter 2.7 Commissioning the Heater Following tests must be carried out before commissioning the heater: ● Insulation test with a voltage of at least 500 V. The dielectric resistance must be at least 0,5 MOhm. ● The electrical installer must measure the power draw of the elements. This can be done using a kW and time measurement or alternatively by measuring the cold element resistance. The value is to be compared with that of the rating label or in the “Technical Data” Section.

A l’intention de l’installateur 2.3 Montage et Raccordement électrique L'appareil ne doit être déballé qu'une fois placé sur son lieu d'installation. Les petits défauts qui peuvent être constatés sur les briques au déballage, n'altèrent pas le bon fonctionnement de l'appareil. 2.3.1 Ouvrez l'appareil 1. Retirez les 2 vis de fixation situées en haut à gauche et à droite du panneau de commande. 2. Retirez les 4 vis de fixation de la paroi frontale. Enlevez la paroi frontale en la tirant vers l'avant.
A l’intention de l’installateur 5. Dévissez le limiteur de température F1 situé en bas à droite de la paroi interne. Dévissez les 8 vis de fixation de la paroi interne. Retirez la paroi interne: pour cela, tirez tout d'abord la paroi interne du côté droit puis en diagonale sur la droite. Attention: L'isolation est fixée à la paroi interne. Manipulez avec précaution! 6.
A l’intention de l’installateur 2.3.3 Adduction du câble de raccordement Prévoyez une longueur suffisante pour les différents fils de manière à ce que l'appareil puisse être branché avant son installation dans la niche. Vissez le compartiment du ventilateur en bas à la paroi interne à l'aide de deux vis (Pos. 4, Fig. 12). ● Raccordez le câble du ventilateur au tableau de raccordement.

Faire un prémontage des vis M4 x 18 (Pos. 11) avec chacune 1 piton (Pos. 12), 2 rondelles (Pos. 13 ) et 1 contre écrou (Pos. 14) et vissez les complètement dans les chemises. Fig.

A l’intention de l’installateur ● ● Fixez une plaque d'adaptation de 20 mm de haut au panneau de commande (Pos. 23, Fig. 21). Replacez le socle contre les panneaux latéraux. Rebranchez le câble de raccordement de la sonde d'ambiance B2 au régulateur de charge et de décharge B1. Remettez les vis de pression. Attention: Avant de visser la plaque de couverture frontale, veillez à ce que la sonde du noyau B3 (voir Fig. 9, page 50) soit enfoncée jusqu'au bout dans son habitacle.
A l’intention de l’installateur ● ● Enlevez les vis situées sur la partie supérieure du compartiment du ventilateur (Pos. 25, Fig. 23). Retirez la partie recouvrant le trou de passage du câble et insérez le conduit du câble (Pos. 26) par l'extérieur. Fig. 23 ● ● ● ● Placez la résistance additionnelle E2 (Fig. 24) par l'arrière dans le compartiment du ventilateur, et faites passer les bouts des câbles par le conduit. Positionnez les supports de la résistance de même et fixez les avec les vis jointes.
A l’intention de l’installateur 2.7 Mise en route Effectuez les tests suivants avant la mise en route de l'appareil: ● Test d'isolation avec une tension d'au moins 500 V. La résistance doit avoir une valeur d'au moins 0,5 MOhms. ● Votre électricien doit mesurer la puissance de charge au moyen d'un compteur kWh. Il est également possible de mesurer la résistance à froid.

Gebruiksaanwijzing 1.1 Beschrijving apparaat Met warmteaccumulatoren wordt tijdens de goedkope levering van laagtariefstroom (afhankelijk van de elektriciteitsmaatschappij, voornamelijk tijdens de nachturen) elektrisch opgewekte warmte opgeslagen. Deze wordt naargelang de gewenste kamertemperatuur als warme lucht via een ventilator afgegeven. 1.2 Bediening De bediening vindt plaats via verzinkbare bedienknoppen rechtsboven op het apparaat.
Voor de gebruiker 1.2.4 Energiebesparingtips ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● Alleen dan verwarmen als de warmte ook nodig is. Kamertemperatuur zo mogelijk op 20 °C houden. Elke graad meer verhoogt de verwarmingskosten met 6 tot 7% en elke graad minder bespaart hetzelfde bedrag. In het algemeen niet alleen via de oppervlakken van het dynamische accumulator maar ook met de ventilator verwarmen. Daarvoor liever de bedienknop voor het opladen op het apparaat iets terugdraaien.
Voor de gebruiker en de installateur 1.4 Onderhoud ● ● ● ● ● De AEG-keukenaccumulator heeft maar weinig onderhoud nodig. De ventilatoren hebben zelfsmerende glijlagers. Wij raden aan het apparaat van tijd tot tijd door een installateur te laten openen en eventuele stofophopingen op de ventilator en in de luchtmengkamer te laten weghalen. De reinigings- c.q. onderhoudsintervallen van de apparaten zijn van de betreffende opstel- en bedrijfsomstandigheden afhankelijk.

Kleine beschadigingen aan de accumulatorkernstenen hebben geen invloed op de werking van het apparaat. 2.3.1 Apparaat openen 1. De 2 bevestigingsschroeven van de bedienplaat links- en rechtsboven eruit draaien. 2. De 4 bevestigingsschroeven van de voorste afdekplaat eruit draaien, afdekplaat er naar voren toe afhalen.
Voor de installateur 5. Veiligheidstemperatuurbegrenzer F1 rechtsonder van de binnenwand afschroeven. De 8 bevestigingsschroeven van de binnenwand afschroeven. Binnenwand eruit halen: Hiertoe de binnenwand er eerst aan de rechter kant naar voren en daarna dwars naar rechts uittrekken. Opgelet: De isolatie is aan de binnenwand bevestigd, voorzichtig! 6. Voorste warmte-isolatie, kleine onderdelen in zakjes, buizenverwarmingslichaam, kernafdekplaat en verpakkingsmateriaal uit accumulatorkernruimte weghalen.

De keukenaccumulator kan zo later bijv. voor onderhoudswerkzaamheden zonder afklemmen helemaal uit de inbouwnis getrokken worden.

De bekledingsset bestaat uit voorfront, afdekking met werkblad en 2 zijplaten.
Voor de installateur ● ● Een nivelleerplaat 20 mm hoog op het bedieningspaneel (pos. 23, afb. 21) monteren. Sokkelplaat tot voor de zijplaten er weer vlak inschuiven. Aansluitleiding van de kamertemperatuursensor B2 op op- en ontlaadregelaar B1 weer aansluiten. Aandrukschroeven weer vast aantrekken.
