ENGLISH 1. 3 SAFETY INFORMATION Before the installation and use of the appliance, carefully read the supplied instructions. The manufacturer is not responsible if an incorrect installation and use causes injuries and damages. Always keep the instructions with the appliance for future reference. 1.

Quarter Steam + Heat To bake bread, roast large pieces of meat or to warm up chilled and frozen meals. ECO Steam The ECO functions let you optimize the energy consumption during cooking. It is necessary to set the cooking time first. To get more information about the recommended settings, refer to the cooking tables with the equivalent function.

Duration To set the length of an operation (max. 23 h 59 min). End Time To set the switch-off time for a heating function (max. 23 h 59 min).
www.aeg.com 7.3 Heat + Hold 7.4 Extra Time Conditions for the function: The function: Extra Time makes the heating function continue after the end of Duration. • The set temperature is more than 80 °C. • The function: Duration is set. The function: Heat + Hold keeps prepared food warm at 80 °C for 30 minutes. It activates after the baking or roasting procedure ends. Refer to Safety chapters. 9.1 Core temperature sensor There are two temperatures to be set: the oven temperature and the core temperature. The core temperature sensor measures the core temperature of the meat. When the meat is at the set temperature, the appliance deactivates. CAUTION! Only use the core temperature sensor supplied or the correct replacement parts.
www.aeg.com 9.3 Telescopic runners inserting the accessories CAUTION! Make sure you push back the telescopic runners fully in the appliance before you close the oven door. Wire shelf: Put the wire shelf on the telescopic runners so that the feet point downwards. Deep pan: Push the deep pan between the guide bars of the shelf support. Wire shelf and the deep pan together: Push the deep pan between the guide bars of the shelf support and the wire shelf on the guide bars above.

Do the above steps in the opposite sequence. Install the smaller panel first, then the larger. 12.6 Replacing the lamp Put a cloth on the bottom of the interior of the appliance. It prevents damage to the lamp glass cover and the cavity. WARNING! Danger of electrocution! Disconnect the fuse before you replace the lamp.
