ACCESSORY INSTRUCTION MANUAL ENGLISH
BATTERY SAFETY
Incorrect use of batteries may result in battery leakage, overheating or explosion. When using batteries, be sure to follow these instructions:
(1) Install only new AAA (LR3) alkaline batteries into the accessory. (2) Make sure the positive (+) and negative (-) ends of the batteries are inserted in the
correct directions. The supply terminals are not to be short-circuited. (3) Keep batteries out of reach of children. (4) Do not mix used and new batteries. Use
only appropriate sized batteries. (5) Do not mix dierent battery types and do not mix dierent battery brands. (6) Do not use rechargeable batteries or
attempt to recharge non-rechargeable type batteries. (7) Remove the batteries when the product will not be used for an extended period of time. (8) Do not
use drained or dead batteries and when the batteries become drained, take them out of the controller. (9) If the battery has leaked, be sure to carefully
remove all uid with a paper towel before inserting new batteries. Take care to keep all leaked uid from touching your skin or clothes. If uid comes into
contact with the skin, ush with water immediately. (10) Dispose of batteries in accordance with local and national disposal regulations.
PRODUCT CARE
(1) Keep the accessory dry and away from open ames or other heat sources. (2) Do not leave the accessory in a dusty or humid place. (3) Do not modify or
disassemble the accessory under any circumstances. (4) Never stand on the accessory. (5) Use a dry cloth to clean the accessory, never use chemicals. (6) Use
the accessory only with the appropriate gaming system for which it was designed. (7) Regularly inspect the accessory. (8) If the accessory functions in an
unusual manner or produces smoke, immediately stop use and turn o the power.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter problems, try the possible solutions provided below.
(1) Make sure the infrared transceiver from the Nintendo 3DS™ is aligned with the transceiver on the Portal of Power. Refer to the quick start guide supplied
with the Portal of Power. (2) Move the Portal of Power closer to the Nintendo 3DS. (3) Make sure the line of sight between the Portal of Power and the
Nintendo 3DS is not blocked by your ngers or any objects (4) Check that the batteries still have some charge in the Portal of Power. (6) Keep the Portal of
Power a minimum of 6 in. (15 cm) away from metal objects or surfaces. (7) Check that Portal of Power is not plugged into a computer with the mini USB cable
if the Portal of Power is not being detected by the Nintendo 3DS.
FCC INFORMATION FOR THE CONSUMER
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there

LIMITED HARDWARE WARRANTY
Activision warrants to the original consumer purchaser of this hardware or accessories (collectively, the “Hardware”) that the Hardware will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for 180 days from the date of purchase for consumer purchases made in the U.S. If the purchaser nds the Hardware
defective within 180 days of original purchase, Activision agrees to replace, free of charge, such Hardware discovered to be defective within such period as
long as the Hardware is still being manufactured by Activision. In the event that the Hardware is no longer available, Activision retains the right to substitute
a similar product of equal or greater value. Any replacement Hardware will be new or refurbished or serviceably used, at Activision’s option, and comparable
in function and performance to the original Hardware. This warranty is limited to the Hardware as originally provided by Activision and is not applicable to
normal wear and tear. This warranty shall not be applicable and shall be void if the defect has arisen through abuse, mistreatment, or neglect.
This remedy is the purchaser’s sole, exclusive remedy, and is in lieu of all other express warranties. Any implied warranties on this product prescribed by
statute, including but not limited to an implied warranty of merchantability or tness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited in duration to the
180-day period described above. For consumer purchases made outside the U.S., consumers may have dierent or additional rights depending on the laws of
the country of purchase. Activision reserves the right to modify this warranty prospectively at any time and from time to time in our sole discretion.
When returning any Hardware for warranty replacement please visit: http://warranty.activision.com for information on initiating and completing the warranty
replacement process. For all warranty replacements, send the original Hardware in its original packaging, or with suitable protective packaging (e.g., bubble wrap or
other cushioned packaging), and include: (1) a photocopy of your dated sales receipt; (2) your name and return address typed or clearly printed; and (3) your Return
Materials Authorization (”RMA”) number or other information provided to you from our warranty system (if you have initiated a claim via such system). NOTE:
Certied mail is recommended.

SEGURIDAD DE LAS PILAS
El uso incorrecto de las pilas puede producir goteos, sobrecalentamientos o explosiones. Cuando uses pilas, sigue estas instrucciones:
(1) Use solo pilas alcalinas AAA (LR3) nuevas en el accesorio. (2) Asegúrese de colocar los polos positivo (+) y negativo (-) de las pilas correctamente. Los
terminales de alimentación no deben sufrir cortocircuitos. (3) Mantenga las pilas fuera del alcance de los niños. (4) No mezcle pilas nuevas y usadas. Utilice
solo pilas del tamaño apropiado. (5) No mezcle distintos tipos de pilas ni pilas de diferentes marcas. (6) No use pilas recargables ni intente recargar pilas no
recargables. (7) Quite las pilas del producto si no va a usarse durante un periodo de tiempo largo. (8) No use pilas agotadas; cuando se gasten, extráigalas
del accesorio. (9) Si se produce una fuga del líquido de las pilas, asegúrese de eliminar todo el uido con cuidado con un papel antes de insertar pilas
nuevas. Evite el contacto del líquido con la piel o la ropa. En caso de contacto con la piel, lávese inmediatamente con agua. (10) Deseche las pilas siguiendo
las normas locales o nacionales que corresponda.

RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS

Hardware original. Esta garantía está limitada al Hardware originalmente suministrado por Activision y no se aplica en casos de desgaste normal causado por

SICUREZZA DELLE BATTERIE
Un uso scorretto delle batterie può comportare perdite, surriscaldamento o esplosioni. Quando si usano le batterie, assicurarsi di seguire le istruzioni:
(1) Inserire solo pile alcaline AAA (LR3) nuove nel prodotto. (2) Accertarsi che i poli positivo (+) e negativo (-) delle pile siano inseriti nella direzione
corretta. Non cortocircuitare i terminali di alimentazione. (3) Mantenere le pile fuori dalla portata dei bambini. (4) Non utilizzare insieme pile usate e
nuove. Utilizzare solo pile della dimensione corretta. (5) Non utilizzare insieme pile di diverso tipo o di marche diverse. (6) Non utilizzare pile ricaricabili o
tentare di ricaricare pile non ricaricabili. (7) Rimuovere le pile se il prodotto non viene utilizzato per un periodo di tempo prolungato. (8) Non utilizzare pile
scariche o consumate. Quando le pile sono scariche, rimuoverle dal prodotto. (9) Se le pile presentano delle perdite, rimuovere tutto il uido con una
salvietta di carta prima di inserire nuove pile. Fare attenzione che il uido fuoriuscito non entri a contatto con pelle o indumenti. In tale evenienza, lavare
immediatamente con acqua abbondante. (10) Smaltire le pile conformemente alle normative di smaltimento locali e nazionali.
MANUTENZIONE DEL PRODOTTO

Batterie ausgelaufen, entfernen Sie die gesamte Flüssigkeit mit einem trockenen Papiertuch, bevor Sie neue Batterien einlegen. Bringen Sie die

PROBLEMBEHEBUNG

dem Portal of Power beiliegende Schnellstartanleitung. (2) Schieben Sie das Portal of Power näher an das Nintendo 3DS-System. (3) Achten Sie darauf, dass die
Sichtlinie zwischen dem Portal of Power und dem Nintendo 3DS-System nicht blockiert ist. (4) Prüfen Sie, ob die Batterien im Portal of Power noch stark genug
sind. (6) Das Portal of Power sollte mindestens 15 cm (6 Zoll) von Objekten oder Oberächen aus Metall entfernt sein. (7) Wird das Portal of Power vom Nintendo
3DS-System nicht erkannt, stellen Sie sicher, dass das Portal of Power nicht über das Mini-USB-Kabel mit einem Computer verbunden ist.
