Lifetime Warranty Able Planet Product
Please keep this Warranty Information Card for your reference.
What you MUST do to obtain warranty:
1. Register this product with Able Planet within 30 days of purchase
2. Contact Able Planet customer service at 303-215-9770 to obtain a return authorization number and proper shipping instructions
3. Return product in its original packaging, along with a copy of the sales receipt from an authorized Able Planet dealer, to:

Warranty coverage:
If product is determined to be defective at time of original purchase from an Authorized Dealer, and Able Planet receives a Formal
Warranty Claim within thirty days of purchase, Able Planet will repair, replace, or refund purchase at consumer's option.
If Able Planet receives a Formal Warranty Claim within one (1) year after date of purchase, Able Planet will repair or replace
defective item at its sole discretion. If a Product Defect is determined by Able Planet to be a manufacturing design issue, Able Planet
will repair or replace the product at any time, at its sole discretion. Able Planet products have a Lifetime Warranty against defective
designs. This limited warranty does not cover a defect that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance,
accident, excess moisture, improper packing, lightning, power surges, or unauthorized tampering, alteration or modification.
Limitation on Liability:
THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WRITTEN WARRANTY, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Notwithstanding
the above, where applicable, if you qualify as a “consumer” under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty act, then you may be entitled to
any implied warranties allowed by law for the period of the express warranty as set forth above. Some states do not allow
limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
