1)Personal information security
To protect the information for you and your family, please make
sure that the product you purchased was not bound by others
without your permission. 360 Company always take strict
measures to guard and protect the information safety of you

Note: A small patch of electronic components for special
purposes is marked with "X" in the table (such as high voltage
resistors, ceramic resistors, diodes), in which the lead content
may exceed 0.1% . As the screws and the core in the data cables
using alloy with better performance, the lead content may also
be exceed 0.1%. These components are in accordance with the
requirements of the exemption clause of the EU RoHs directive.
Limited by the current global technology development, there
are no other alternative technologies and components. The
external lead contents of these components are in accordance
with enviornmental protection requirements.

screen. Click on “connect to my camera” and follow the voice
prompts to complete.
③After adding successfully, start your discovery.

Note: The issues mentioned below may cause the network
disconnection problem, suggest to avoid those items.
• During acoustic matching,please keep away from noisy
environment
• Please turn off MAC Address Filter function in WiFi router,
otherwise the camera may not be connected successfully.
• Make sure the camera connect to 2.4GHz WiFi
• The camera temporally not supports WPA/WPA2
enterprise-class WiFi, please select other options.
• Suggest connecting nonbridging contact WiFi.

①Open 360 Smart Camera APP, click “register” button and start
register an account. If you already have an account, login
directly.
Note: You can also purchase wall-mounting accessories or
extension power cords at 360 Mall to customize the mounting.
Method 1: The camera can be used directly on a horizontal table.
Method 2: The camera base is magnetic, which can be adsorbed
on the surface of iron-containing objects (such as refrigerator
and iron window). Do not place it near the computer host or
hard disk.
Method 3: The camera can be attached on the surface of smooth
objects such as glass, tile, and wall coated with latex paint using
the delivery-attached 3M double-sided tap.

slight "click" sound, which is normal. It will cause no light
pollution, thereby protecting your eyes.
FAQ
Low level of heat is a normal phenomenon during working
status. Working temperature may ranges from -0℃ to 40℃.
2) Is it normal for the camera to run hot?
In order to get a better night vision imaging results, please don't
put the camera in front of or close to the glass, white walls or
other reflective objects, or you will see the picture bright in the
vicinity and dark in the distance or white full of the screen.
